I also initially thought that the red hand might just be a representation of their generational curse. But it seems the latter one is more scientific and physical.
Whereas the hand is his personal curse, perhaps owing to the fact that he was the reincarnation of that noble man Jang who killed the Shaman.

I love the recent happenings so far. Though the scenes with Shin Yu's Mom and his friend make me so uncomfortable.I just hope they're not heading "that" route.

I concur. It seems that some viewers view his aloofness as being an uninteresting ML but personally, this is his charm. Anyone who went through what he experienced would definitey react that way, or even worse.
I'm so tired of MLs who are self-centered and jerks in general, my heart has been longing to root for someone so fragile and realistic as DoHa.

1. At present, there's love triangle, and it might become a love square soon, or pentagon 😂

2. At present (ep 6), the leads aren't together yet.
3. Not angsty at all. It's a mix of office romance, slice of life, rom com, and fantasy. There's a bit of melodrama too.

IKR? Well actually, I find SY's interaction with HJ here as rational. If I were to meet a civil servant who'd pester me about my private land and eventually lead to being entangled with her more, I'd be annoyed too 😂

Yup. In ep 1, her first case shown in the show was in Hakcheon. Remember she drove there with her car to solve the incident involving what seemed like gang members who own a certain sports team.


That same client was the owner of the bar in ep12 where Do Ha and Solhee saw Duk Chan's brother gambling away his recently loaned money from Do Ha.


Anyway, back in ep 1, after Solhee's appointment with said client was over, she drove all around town to presumably look for a motel as it was already very late for her to drive back to Seoul (3- hour drive) and she didn't want to miss the football game that night.


She passed by a man wearing a red football jersey/merch which made her happy as apparently there's another football fan in that town.

That was Do Ha, then Seung Ju. From Sol Hee's POV, Do Ha's face cannot be seen as his back was against her. They were both moving along the same direction. But Solhee might have seen him holding a white shirt.


Meanwhile, Do Ha was walking aimlessly, a bit out of his mind.


It was later on revealed that it was right after he broke up with Eom Ji by the beach, where they had a traumatic altercation with EJ threatening him that she'd kill herself, and him telling her to just go ahead.

Oh you're the comment prior to mine. I didn't want to stir anything but I just found it amusing how when you scroll more below, there are several accounts that I recognize from MLL page and most of them find the ML here rude. 😂

You see, the MLs in MLL just happen to have good personality and values in general. Sort of a breath of fresh air in kdrama land. That's why watching Destined With You after MLL might have fueled that frustration against Shin Yu here.


Also, MLL is not entirely romance. It's also murder mystery. Perhaps it could be your cup of tea. You might want to reconsider checking it out.

True! I also think that shot of Solhee driving past DoHa in the first ep was deliberate.
More so now that the ep 1 client came back again for ep 12. They would definitely use that timeline to resolve the case.

But of course, DoHa will get punished for providing a fake alibi.

I understand the harsh comments about the ML and I recognize that some were from viewers of 'My Lovely Liar'.
Oh, MLL must have spoiled us with leads who are literally walking green flags. 😂

True. Also when HJ was trying to open the wooden box with a knife. Last shot was that the knife was on the right side of the box but the next shot showed it's now on the left side.

Which would also add fuel to the fire. NY would get so mad and blame HJ for it all over again.

I can't wait for HJ to finally meet SY's mom. I really think they'd click so well. They'd be best friends in no time.

I think Yura has been typecasted with bitchy SFL character. She acts well in it though, so, not bad.
