I agree, the ending was a little bit too pat. I would have preferred it if Day had remained blind and still grown as a person, not just in being productive but also emotionally, and they overcame their problems and made it work together in that situation

They've been a lot better recently but this was like watching an early Gaga sub from two-three years ago.
