Same here in India. 3 episodes to air in 1 day.
Viki subs are the best when it comes to Asian dramas, and I will die on that hill.

Maybe a lot of international fans are upset that they don’t get to see this drama because of Linmon Media’s…
Some of the unreasonable people might just do that.

But I've seen very good Xu Kai dramas getting badly downrated for the first week or so by haters.
You see comments section, and everyone only has positive feedback, but the ratings show 7.9.
I've seen worse, ABAY at one point had 6.7, WOL at one point had 7.7, ALP at one point had 7.7.

So, while some might downrate the drama because they are frustrated it isn't showing in their region, the main reason is haters creating multiple sockpuppet accounts to downrate the drama.

I don't know why... Haters really going hard to fall out this drama.. even leave negative comments... They don't…
I don't see any negative comments here, not about the drama.

Some people, however, are rightfully mad that the drama is not available in their respective regions.

Haters only downrate the drama and do not post comments.

It's hard to talk about a drama you can't watch yet. And for many of us, this is the best place to get information…
Brave Browser blocks all ads, just saying.

If I were to watch a drama on pirate websites, I always use Brave Browser.

I heard DuckDuckGo Browser is also very good in blocking all ads.

I don't think they will express their frustration by rating the drama down.
If they are, they are even more unreasonable than haters.

MR may not have that much pull, but you (and many others in the USA waiting for the drama) are still a potential subscriber they will be losing if they aren't getting it out soon. Just try to get that point across, and they will take it seriously.
Mention that there are alternatives, and that VPN is also an option.

Love the actor tooo
That's a given!

I loved the montage when MZY describes WZ as a person. He really read her like a book.

Man, episode 6 ending was epic in every sense.

Starting with MZY's fight against the demon, to his understanding of WZ as a person, to not wanting to know WZ's secret from a demon, and then finishing off the demon as he walked away, dropping a cool line! That was pure CINEMA! Loved it to bits.

Ep 6.

WZ: "I almost thought I was going to die... under the peonies."

Lol!
For those who don't understand the expression (I've come across it when reading Chinese novels, so I was able to pick up on it), here's an explanation (with the help of ChatGPT, of course):

The phrase “死在牡丹花下,做鬼也风流” (sǐ zài mǔdān huā xià, zuò guǐ yě fēngliú) literally means:
“To die under the peony flower—one would still be a romantic ghost.”

👉 Meaning:
It’s a figurative way of saying that if one were to die for the sake of beauty, pleasure, or sensual enjoyment, it would be worth it. It often carries a playful or hedonistic undertone, suggesting that pursuing love, sex, or beauty—even to the point of ruin—is not regrettable.

⚖️ Connotation:

>Romantic, flirtatious, indulgent.

>Sometimes used humorously or ironically about men who willingly fall for beautiful women, even if it brings trouble.

>Comparable to the English idea of “a sweet death” or “better to die for love/pleasure than to live without it.”

Can I say that I find TXW's small dimples at the corner of her mouth (when smiling) to be very appealing?
I first noticed that in Lovely Us (one of my favorite c-dramas ever), and here it's even more prominent.

Someone try telling them that they might be losing potential subscribers to catching this drama on other websites.
One thing these platforms fear is losing potential subscribers.

US watchers - I also contacted Disney+ Help Services just now and got a useless "I'm unable to tell you exactly…
Distribution sucks so bad we got 70% of comments praising the drama while 30% expressing frustration over not being able to watch it at all.

I'm beginning to have mixed feelings about Linmon.

On one hand, they produce quality dramas every year, and I wish Xu Kai to do more dramas with them.

On the other hand, they are pretty crap with their international distribution.
No matter the quality of the drama, without decent distribution, how are people going to watch it when the excitement is at its peak, and they got nothing to show for?

In Chinese drama or novel world, neither are evil.Only the ones that kill people are innocent, be it demon, spirit,…
Should be seen as different.
Different dramas/novels have different iterations though.
