You also need to learn that if someone is criticizing the acting they might actually have not liked it. I think…
Well then you should have at least mentioned somewhere the words "in my opinion", then it would have felt more like your prospective and not something you're dictating as a fact.

That's because I feel like you're trying to push your opinion onto others more so than merely stating it. That's why I said you need to take your own advice. Its totally okay if you don't agree with my opinion but don't push your opinion on others. And if your next question is when did you push your opinion on others. Then my answer is 'People need to "learn" to differentiate between character and actress.' "Learn"

I agree with the shallow character part, but Jisoo's acting is pretty decent in my opinion. Some people are expecting…
I mean ya that's your opinion. and we have different opinions.

Why anyone would hate you for disliking a character? Why people have so many prejudice?
Sure!

I don't know if you are being sarcastic or not but that is exactly my point that's her personality. Being Kind! Like someone below me said 'She definitely feels like a side character to the ML.'

LOL! Ya'll are gonna come at me for this but I have started disliking Yoong Ro's character. I feel like Jisoo's character seems to lack personality. Her acting falls a little short. Also from trying to get rid of him to kissing him over a span of 2 episodes! Wut!? Writer!? Why!?

On another note some actors whom I really liked -
Yoon Se Ah who plays Ms. Pi man- she is soo good. Class act.
Park Sung Woong- Nam Tae Il- always fun to watch
Kim Min Kyu- NK comrade(He has doe eyes which makes him look adorable and I have always seem him play the cute characters so this was refreshing)
Kim Hye Yoon- Boon Ok- she seems evil but also broken inside
and of course Hae in and Yoo In Na.(though they could have skipped the love angle for Yoo In Na)

This show has single handedly destroyed reply 1988 for me. I have seen the drama soo many times and have always been Team taeki. But I don't think I can watch it without being devastated for ryu joon yeol. Coming back to this show, I think one of the top 5 dramas of 2021 for me. And one of my favorite dramas of all time. I knew this was going to be a good drama but I kept postponing it thinking it was going to be a little sad and literally opposite of funny. It was sad but it had dark comedy which I really like. Ryu Joon yeol's character had such a nice sense of humor. Speaking of Joon yeol, Oh my god he was so sexy and charming and did I say sexy? Honestly he is not the most handsome actor but boy oozes sex appeal. The chemistry between the main leads was insane. It's rare to see such chemistry in Kdramas. I love the fact that it was never about the age gap. Jeon do yeon is so stunning. She looks so delicate and elegant. Like someone who could break easily but also head strong? Both of the actors did such a fabulous job. The husband wife relationship, you understand why both of them would fall in love with someone else. Jeon do yeon is honestly a bad wife to jung soo and vice versa. Individually both of them aren't bad human beings but they are just not in love with each other. Also, can we appreciate na eun's character, she doesn't hopelessly pin over the main lead and moves on to someone who appreciates her so much. Also the parent child stories were sooo heart warming :'). The ending was a little meh but we can ignore that much. Such an underrated gem, which I wish stays underrated?
PS-Ryu Joon yeol is so sexy!

Its cute but it has a lot of flaws. The biggest flaw was her playing a man. I mean there's no way anyone could ever look at eun bin and be like ya that's a boy. They should have made a little more effort into making her look like a man. Also, the point where she is in a dress and yet the male lead did not for a sec think she was a woman. Like boyii where did you leave your brain!? Anyway, if we ignore how stupid everyone is to think that she is a man then its a good watch. Poor Ha kyung though!

I liked it more than I thought I would. I was sure I'd drop it after a few episodes especially since its a 2014 drama and, the name being so cringey. I thought male lead would be very possessive and annoying like most leads in old dramas. Of course he was a little bossy and chauvinistic but have seen in worse. They could have given him some personality though, like he was so boring. The female lead does feel overly cutesy border line annoying, with her world revolving around feng teng. But I think that was just to develop her story line. About the second leads, can we stop giving them such miserable story lines. That obsessive one sided love trope needs to end! I mean come on Zheng qi deserved so much better than the crappy love story they gave him. Li shu's infatuation single handedly made me hate the second lead couple. *sigh* The plot line does feel little draggy at some points but compared to most chinese dramas its not that bad. So overall a 7.5!

I have seen a lot of bad C Drama's and this one tops the list. Except for the cute chemistry between the main leads everything else is soooo bad. Even the male lead is so stupid sometimes. It was okish in the first half but second half onwards the show kept getting worse and at one point it had completely stopped making sense. The second half is utter garbage. The only reason I completed it is because it was too late to drop it plus the male lead was handsome and it only had 24 episodes(16 considering each episode was 30min long). Fast forwarded the hell out of the show and finished it in 3hrs max. Also the second lead was so crreeepppyy! UGH!
