I LOVE Alice Ke, but motorsport is just so not for me...Reading the comments it's positive, but is this watchable/worth it for someone who Loathes car racing?!

I think the synopsis, and the teasers leading up to the airing of this drama, have done it a disservice. it came across a bit air-headed, but contains far more pathos than comedy at this stage (ep4)

Honestly I viewed it as all of the watchers, somewhat being victims. This stuff happens. In front of others. All the time. I can't speak for Korean culture, but Domestic/family vilence is an epidemic where I live (Australia) People are afraid to intervene. it takes courage to do so. And when people do muster their courage and intervene, it hits the media for being so courageous/selfless (but really, just unusual) And yes I think this makes it all the more horrifying.

I SO agree! I am always waiting for that too! (IMO "Doona" would've been SO MUCH better if it were a 'found family' drama, and the two main leads had just been friends) But back to tge point...total spoiler but he does back off and it ends with them as clear, un-burdened, sibling-like, friends.

I haven read the novel, but your viewing of the show tracks with mine so thankyou! The lead characters, and the supports, are all worth the time IMO.
The -ve reviews had me puzzled. Sure it's tropey but I think it's very aware that it is, and that makes it more enjoyable for me

This director and this cast are a lot to look forward to. But if I were Han So Hee, I'd be kicking up a stink about this Netflix poster. At first I was puzzled why she wasn't on it, then I read her name underneath and realised, the image is so photoshopped, she's been rendered unrecognisable - to me.
I hope others disagree with me and find the pic fine, but I find it troubling that a person who is so famously a 'beauty/face genius', needs to be altered this much for a publicity poster.

Oh and what the heck is the problem an architectural designer has with creating a rainbow?!? faceted glass/prism/crystal. Shine a light through it. Bingo! RAINBOW! Kindergarten level science. Seriously, just instal a chandelier!

Can someone please tell me where this was filmed? is it Macau? I'm only up to ep4 and haven't been able to put it together yet, with the landscape shots. But curiosity is killing me 😬😳

Not casting any aspersions on Kim Go Eun at all. Just offering an alternative. Kim Ga Eun has been playing comedy roles almost exclusively of late.

Finally watched ep 5 today and now totally relate to your point of view! What I don’t understand though, is why Kang San readily answers her questions! If it were me, the more she pushed, the more stubborn I'd get, and refuse to answer ("Who are you to ask me this?!? Get the eff outta my house!"), but he just rolls it out like it's nothing. It's like he has no sense of self-preservation! His innocence is alarming!
