Not sure where you're at with this Ivy, but there is definitely zero levity. I think the performances are great, but it takes itself very, VERY seriously.

I agree with your point of view. I am NOT a fan of revenge. BUT I would recommend this.
For once I whole-heartedly support the avenger. It's definitely not taken out on the child (the synopsis above gives almost nothing away). If anything, I would argue, the one seeking revenge, saves the child from being raised by horrific parents. And I think that was a deliberate part of her plan, because of her own horrific childhood.

I'm worried about the"South Pacific Island" setting. Please don't let there be inappropriate generalisations about people who are not Korean 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Ep18, please. Please. Desist from the slow-mo running. It's excruciating to watch...I turned it into a flat sprint with my FF button and it was still excruciating.
I know it's SUPER judgmental of me but it completely destroys my enjoyment when I have to watch unathletic people, be UNECESSARILY athletic. And if they're directing the FL to "run like a girl", then it is even more infuriating! Yes she's desperately running to him, but with 5 mins of training she could run properly enough for filming, and it wouldn't even be an issue.
