I admit he could do with a good slap on his face during the first few episodes but he is actually quite a smart, intelligent character once you get into the story :)

I have a feeling their lives are tied together cos they are spiritual essence from the same flower. So maybe if one dies, the other dies as well but their soul shards survive or some such

I know! CXX is so damn good here! The childishness and affection and silliness and stoicism and his behaviour as the 3 shards and what not is all so good! I love all the actors here BUT he just stands out!

I concur. They all work so bloody hard to bring these characters to life for us to experience and enjoy their stories and I am always so grateful to them for that. Not appreciating a character is one thing but personally attacking the actor is a whole other ball game and, not paying attention to such comments is one of the best ways to thwart it.

Okay, I would love to sit in YQ's class, where his siblings, his lover/wife, his faithful sidekick dragonfly and a prince from another realm are all passing it off as "Meh. Just another day in our life." LOL

Honestly! The music, the feels, the way they look at each other and You Qin's long, beautiful fingers are all so magical! And they're both so beautiful! Their eyes and smile are lovely.

Also, YQ's smug, confident look, like he knows he's the one to control her movements, is such a thing of beauty :((((
