That's her fantasy or dream family and what they would or could have done. It will never be done. Dead people are shown at the ages they die from. If the daughter is still the same age; he did not live long.

Is this like the something brocade where the ML started with 3 wives/2 died. Then 1 new concubine and 2nd official wife. Man that was a bit nuts to watch. However he only had 2 children. That's too few for so many women.

Thanks. I haven't watched a couple esp the older ones. I got fed up so on 2 high school dramas and 1 medical drama at present. Plus read 2 books this week. That's how few historical drama choices I have.

Oh yes Butterflied drama. I didn't watch it. I watched the beginning then no one gave spoilers about the ending. To this end I don't know what happened to the male lead. I absolutely hate hint- about endings. What happened to the male lead? That was one strange drama plot.

You have the answer. Thr AI subs won't be by the production company. Itceither pays for their translators. Or the illegal streaming sites uses machine translation. I tend not to watch then as the captions are more irritating as I understand more Mandarin.

How long before the good translations come out? I understand Mandarin but can't read Chinese. The script on the screen is the one that will help me decide whether to watch it or not.

The acting here is fine. That is not the issue. The issues are whether I want to watch such a drama. I've just come off a few historical drama and not sure I can stomach such a story. The spoilers for ep 13 specifically. This is some drama though. I saw ep 18 and even I am traumatised. I see a lot of blood and gore in historical dramas. I think what has blown my mind is or are the mind games here by the writer. Towards the viewer. It pushed my limits or maybe the writing and acting is that good that its beyond my tolerance.

I am on ep 33 now. It's actually way better than i expected. I've watched ep 40 by the way. Contract marriage? I actually continued this because the relationship progression is actually quite good.

Love like the galaxy? I've rewatched parts of it over 5x. I actually like Wu Lei's acting. I do know some people don't.

Lol these are older dramas. I've finished all of them. I don't go for historical. I like romance. They happened to be historical dramas that all.

What is the ending? I am on ep 2 and the comments have been a bit worrying. I thought ep 1 and 2 were good and more slick than I anticipated.

I expected death, revenge, not romance but wasn't prepared to read what I read in the last 20 comments or so. So should I continue or find another drama? I am actually out of any Chinese historical dramas to watch. I finished The Legend of Zang Hai. Skipped Feud after starting and just watched the end.

I finished The Princess Royal while waiting for something new to start. I don't consider To Get Master a proper drama. I've fast forward so much that its not worth me remembering the plot. I have 7 more episodes of The Prisoner of beauty.

I literally have nothing on my plate. What else is good? I haven't gone near the Ancient relic drama.
