You're best off just doing some quick research on google but ENFJs tend to have a warm but somewhat fierce energy and are quite direct and honest, not hiding their feelings and making things clear and transparent in general. They are typically highly structured and don't mind being the tip of the spear for a cause and they are often great as leaders. They are (in my experience) people who are good at getting the best out of others and inspiring and encouraging others to grow, and they typically have a strong sense of justice.
INFPs are generally less structured, highly imaginative, highly sympathetic and often have a great talent for reading into others, although they'll often somewhat hide themselves and their problems rather than being open about it like most ENFJs. ENFJs aren't just often open but they also end up shouldering the burden for others perhaps a little too often (same for INFJs, who often wish to please and counsel others and sometimes forget about themselves). You'll find INFPs often in the arts, as supremely talented musicians, actors, artists and authors. They have among the deepest and strongest internal feelings of self-expression and their own unique authenticity as a being. In general, their vibe is less outwardly strong-willed than ENFJs (and most types) and often they carry a gentleness and shyness to them. When comfortable around others their minds can run wild, as they let their fantastically rich inner thoughts surface to others.
These are my immediate thoughts and you can find much better and deeper analysis just by looking into profiles of the types yourself!

Mediator is just some buzzword one site has attached to INFP. My gf is INFP and she ain't no freakin' mediator rofl. Anyway, after watching interviews with him I can see it, though I'm not sure of course. As for Wu Jinyan, her type is as I guessed, but I'd already seen a lot of her previously. What would you suggest for Wang Tao?
As I wait for the final episode dump by Netflix, I realize that I've only ever manage to complete two cdrama series…
No no no no. Not every tale can be told in 25 hours. The Story of Minglan and Story of Yanxi palace would not have been the same with such limits, and not for the better. A drama should be as long as it needs to be, be it 8 episodes or 80. It just depends on the scope of the story and the quality of the storytelling and direction. Even Season 1 of Joy of Life which you've called a masterpiece is more than 40 eps, and in the end the whole show will be 100+ eps... because the story needs that time to be told. If anything, this current limit of 40 is worsening the quality of dramas because productions are being compressed and many endings are seemingly becoming rushed or truncated. My final point on this is my fave Asian series ever, Jewel in the Palace (~50 hours), and my fave Western series ever, Breaking Bad (~50h). Both are wildly longer than 25 hours, and thank goodness they were, otherwise their stories couldn't have been told and they almost certainly wouldn't be my favourites.
So from what I can gather, there won't be a second season. This clearly feels like just one arc of a larger tale and the storytelling also sets it up that way to the viewer, so that's disappointing.
Very well crafted... clever direction. I was always intrigued, but rarely emotionally invested. Somehow I failed to empathise with this show in general despite enjoying it. Breaking Bad was similar that way.
There is only two strong lead. ZLY and Bai Lu . all others above sucks so bad. i like jing tian acting though.…
Also there are different kinds of strength and resolve. Fairy from Fairy Devil clearly strong - doesn't matter if she's dainty and girly. Zhao Pan'er clearly extremely tough and resourceful.

Of course Double FL was strong. Just because she was cocky as hell and gambling doesn't mean she wasn't. FL and ML both helped each other out it was a collaboration of strong personalities, and without the FLs smarts and wits the ML wouldn't have achieved half of what he wanted. Don't need 100% independence and to be some absurd megalomaniac to be "strong".
Yeh I'd say the leads were very well matched and that their dialogues mostly lived up to (and created) their chemistry. One of the best couples I can think of from any drama, and for me there was a well-balanced volume of interactions. Don't need excessive romance to get in the way of this string of various plot lines. The drama wasn't built for it.
