Does anyone notice the foreshadowing of Chang Heng to Danyin. Before he jumps to the mortal realm, he says he will repay her kindness with death. That’s why Xiao Run save her from the possessed Xie Wanqing. A big applause to the screenwriters.

Also unpopular opinion: Lord Yunzhong is so keen on not bending the Heaven’s rules. My theory that he must have something to do with the first Gods and the marriage and betrayal situation. I think there’s something regret on him, the reason why he can’t bend the rules of Heaven. So he keep pushing Chang Heng to marry the Goddess of Xilan, because maybe he doesn’t want to repeat something from the past to happen again. This is my absurd theory on how he can possible redeem his character in this story. But to be honest he’s a jerk but I’m just trying to put myself in his position as a leader.

He is a leader. Country first before anyone. If anyone can just bend the rules because of love, everyone will be in chaos.

I think he’s popular in Taiwan and International but not that much before in Mainland China but look at him now. Most Chinese aimed to be successful in Mainland China because obviously the resources are there especially luxurious brands.

Actually Stellar Gravity is the production who both do the drama and anime so if you notice Arbiter Hall, Haotian a tower inside looks the same thing in both drama and anime. The anime follows more the novel.
