It depends. A death has to make sense to the story even if it seems sudden or senseless. And maybe unpopular but I like a good ambiguous ending when done right. You can tell when an ambiguous ending is done poorly because the writer can't come to any sort of conclusion or makes it too vague and confusing. Regrettably, endings of great stories can be messed up because of production disputes or even censorship. I wish we could get director's cut versions for dramas.

It's not my first but I think WoH got me back into C-dramas. But I'm getting a headache by how many episodes a lot of these dramas have. I can't catch up like I want to. If I understood Chinese I'd be speeding up the play of some of these shows.

LYX I believe is a fancasting favorite, especially for roles that involve crying or suffering! It can't be helped!
Once a reporter kept bothering LYX about how his fans enjoy watching him suffer and I could sense his side-eye answer to her haha.

But really, just knowing LYX is CWN makes me very happy!
