Even tho I like F4 thailand alot cause of the visuals and acting ......but truly no version can compare to Meteor…
I'm currently re-watching Meteor Garden. I've seen all the other version but I love the c-version for the friendships. I forgot how much emphasis they put on the friendships in this version. For me, the c-version and the j-version are best. I have not seen the Thai version yet. I watched 1 episode and realized I can't wait week to week so I'm waiting until it's fully released.
They are the worst on episode 1 but they do seem to get better as you go. I didn't notice them as much as the drama progressed. I think Ep1 is the worst because you're already trying to figure out the drama and then on top of that the subs aren't making things clear but you gain a ton of the story just from the context.
Also, something they do in this drama is purposely leave somethings open ended and then they answer those questions later.
You mean when he was in the hospital for overeating and puncturing his stomach?
I mean that would have been an awesome addition to the story but I'm pretty sure it was just about him overeating because he was sad and landed himself in the hospital.
He gets close with 2 other castmates, Max and Pax (also Nathan Lee). They are so damn cute together. Max is the "dad", Han Yu and Pax are his "sons". (Nathan is the mom) At one point Han Yu gets emotional over this because his father left when he was really young and his grandmother raised him. I remember Han Yu saying something like "This is the most I've called someone "ba" in my life" something along those lines.
Also, Han Yu is an emotional guy. He tears up a lot. It makes you want to hug him. He's just a big softy.
Seeing Han Yu, Pax, and Max together is adorable, and even though the show ended they still post pics and stuff together. 💗 You have to watch the show. It's good.
I was sick over the weekend so I started re-watching Meteor Garden (2018) which is keeping me wildly entertained. Otherwise I would be ding from Gao Han Yu withdrawal.
If you like him, seriously consider Call Me By Fire. It's a variety show but he's so adorable. I watched that when I was going through Gao Han Yu withdrawal after Flipped and Love is Sweet. Getting to know him more as a person made me love him even more.
Yup she's pregnant and then goes into labor. Also everyone is at their house when it happens. Then it goes to an interview they had together at the show after he proposed. Unfortunately I don't know everything they were saying because it's not subbed but I got some of it and it's sweet. It's a lot of flashbacks. Then they all dance and Han Yu and Jade kiss and it goes into a kissing montage of all their kisses. It's cute.
