How can I wait a whole week after that episode? Come on
The story is getting darker and darker, nothing is going right for our little women, but since it's based on the homonymous novel I still think somehow it will have an happy ending. I just hope the writer will be able to wrap up the plot in a satisfying way in just 6 episodes given how complex it's getting. But then again a lot can happen in just 6 episodes, as we've seen. One thing is sure: the script is ambitious and if it does deliver what's promised then it's gonna be epic.
On another note, I'm still amazed by the directing and the cinematography, each frame is truly a piece of art. The image composition, the camera work, the colors used and the inside framing: everything is just perfect and conveys so much. And it's not just in a few scenes, the same care can be found in every scene, this is quite rare to see in a kdrama. I'll be genuinely surprised if it doesn't win any award.
There are actually two couples that could happen, but it's all a maybe. In one of the couples he has confirmed feelings for the middle sister. She is aware of his feelings, but we are unaware of hers. They spend a lot of time together as friends. In the other couple things are even more ambiguous, especially on his side, while she's (I'm talking about the older sister) kinda charmed by him, but not in love with him.
Yep, that's what I was thinking. I think this drama is giving me strong the handmaiden vibes so I totally expect Injoo to run away in the sunset with her girlfriend 😂
I know that Jung SeoKyung use a lot of metaphors and double meaning in her work and it can be quite frustrating…
Yes, after that scene it seems that they aren't on the same team, but she's planning to ruin him. A part of me would like to see her team up with the sisters, but this may be unlikely. Thank you for the info by the way, I wonder how many things get lost in translation.
Honestly most of the people who are calling the sisters stupid would probably make other choices that are equally…
Exactly! They had no way of knowing there were money in it and the chances of getting away with theft were really low. Imagine risking everything to get that huge ass heavy bag you don't anything about just to find out that there were only towels, shoes and clothes in it 😂
To everyone who is pissed off about how stupid the sisters are, I wonder what you would do in their situation.…
Honestly most of the people who are calling the sisters stupid would probably make other choices that are equally "dumb". Like, I've seen people criticizing Injoo for walking with the money, but then they said that in her place they would have taken a taxi, as if being alone with a stranger in a vehicle with no witnesses and no way out would be somehow safer than walking in a crowded street with a bag that is too heavy to steal with ease by a random passerby.
Mind you, I'm not being judgemental, I wouldn't trust myself with that stolen money either. I just wish people would stop judging the drama without putting themselves in the characters shoes with the same knowledge and limits that the characters themselves have before they go and label the script as bad writing.
Just drop it. It's not like you signed a contract when you started it
Oh dear, this sounds like a nightmare though ahah. I feel my brain disconnecting even with dramas I find just "okay", I can't even imagine what it would be like watching the ones I dislike 😂😂
I'm afraid to watch this, when I see something on top netflix it's usually garbage.
This is actually good. It's not memorable or anything like that (they could have been bolder with some choices imo), but the quality is that of a solid action movie
Thanks for the reply. I actually don't really know about the genre cause i not watching yet. I get the story from…
It has some makjangs elements, but it's not over the top and super exaggerated like Penthouse. It's far more subtle. Sky Castle would be a better comparison, but even Sky Castle has more over the top comedy compared to this one. Like the others said, it's a mystery drama involving flawed characters with some makjang vibes. I said before that it feels like the writers mixed Sky Castle, Parasite and Little Women into one drama to create this. Some people aren't liking it because the sisters are reckless and they make mistakes, but the majority is already hooked on it. For me it feels like watching a movie tbh
Yep, it was confirmed, it's official now: first quarter of 2023. Let's hope it will be worth the long wait
Same ahah. Just found out that the announcement about it releasing in 2023 wasn't really official, so I guess there's still a possibility it will come out in November or December. But it's weird that they still haven't started promoting it so idk 😂
Has anyone watched another show for the writer and/or director of LW? Do they have happy have happy endings? I…
The director directed Vincenzo and The Crowned Clown. The first one had an happy ending, the second I don't know. The writer wrote Mother, which had an happy ending and co-wroted some movies with director Park Chan Wook, not all of them had an happy ending.
