Ironically, it's when her inner nerd comes out that ZY becomes charmed.

I think Meiren asked her but it was Tiantian who did not elaborate and just said it's Xing something. Meiren even thought that it might be their biggest rival but dismissed it because she didn't hear that the CEO there has mobility problems. I just don't remember in which episode. But yeah, if I'm her friend I would have pushed to know the exact name and location. Lousy script, writers must think audiences are stupid.

Well she did make that plan with Tiantian and we have to admit that in most dramas, guys fall for the brainless, clumsy girl who obviously likes the male lead.

You've nailed it. It's totally unrealistic that her mom doesn't even bring it up during their meals. Her mom should have been like "Meiren is so passionate about birds. She was this and this when she was studying for her PhD. We're so happy she found someone like you who's also passionate about nature".

This is so maddening. Here we are waiting for a kiss to be shown in the actual drama but there's already 2 and both were cut? I thought their noses just brushed together when I saw a BTS in YouTube but it was an actual accidental kiss? And what ended in the final cut was the leads so far apart. Don't tell me this was also cut because of censorship coz I wouldn't believe it.

It's not just the editing. The scriptwriters are making some characters either unlikable or unrealistic. They obviously did not research on Deaf culture. They could have explored this instead of going the crippled trope then maybe we wouldn't dislike the 2nd CP so much. The conflict between the main leads could also have been written better without making ZY a jerk. Like maybe he wrote a misplaced letter, he called but she was still asleep or like she said a signal tower collapsed and calls/texts can't get through.

The only reason I'm not dropping this is because I really like the chemistry of ZBB and YSX. But this is really such a lazy and bad script that I need to rant. Why are the male leads in this written to be such scums? The only one who's good is Meinan.
Zhuang Yu- I can accept that cold personality but to leave without telling? I mean dude, she blocked you and posted a vlog on unreliable men. Get a clue that you've hurt her very much. Then you don't even try to contact her through common friends but instead stalk her Weibo and have the gall to imagine that she's out having fun? I really need you to grovel before Meiren forgives you.
Jin Xi-I know that after meeting Tiantian, you stopped being a playboy but I also thought you would stop being a liar. You know she has a hearing disability. There are other ways of pursuing her but you still chose to pretend to be crippled just to get her pity? And then you start your relationship while still pretending?
