Is it in any of the videos that CY protested/anything else suggesting it, or fans are just assuming he did? I've not seen him make it public if he disagrees with a script before is all, he's usually pretty quiet about behind-the-scenes editing and casting/scripting choices and even when TJOL blew up with all those attacks I never saw him pushing blame at any of the crew. The most I've seen casting shade at the script is jokingly in BTS clips of IS with YZ, with her saying "But is it realistic I'd be getting up after being stabbed like that?" and CY saying "It's fine, I was stabbed 7 times, you just groan and stagger up like so and it's fine." 🤣🤣🤣

Hope they stay friends too, it's easy to cast blame about a character who's not being logical but the blame here really is on the script writers. The actors are doing their best with what they've been given, not their fault it's not a lot.

Yup. There was a signboard that said "Cliff - Bad" which QC scribbled out (badly) and wrote "Great Destination" under in scribbly text, and the directors & writers who'd lost their way mistakenly took the wrong route to their final destination 😂

Same I was like *keep expectations low, just expecting CY and cool fight scenes* then > bam, 1-12 happened and my expectations flew sky high, only to crash and burn, lol. 😂😂😂

Ah well, Fugui may be about the only one in character at the moment along with Rumu's dad but at least I have his 3 mins of screentime per episode to look forward to. 😂

To be fair the side characters are getting a tonnnnnnnn of romance, so there is romance, just slow burn for the leads 😂

I’m the opposite lol, the roles he tends to take happen to be the exact type I’ve got a weakness for so I hope he keeps taking them forever 😂😂 (It doesn’t have to be saving the world, but I like leads who care about other people.)

The real issue I have is that she can see.

That line said it all: "Before you were just trying to drive a wedge between me and Fugui. But now you've been revealed why keep killing anyway?"

In saying that, and giving him zero punishments and in fact stopping anyone from punishing him, she basically is giving him a green light to keep on forgiving him...... as long as he's doing everything for her, lol. At this point I am just hoping Black Fox is indeed somehow influencing QT and this is not really her true self.

I wouldn't wish QC on anyone, not even the Black Fox.

But yeah, got no idea why she thinks that especially when she immediately tries and fails to expel black fox herself. At this point, I can only assume that sub-consciously her emotions and thoughts are indeed being influenced by Black Fox and she's not herself.

It doesn't ick me thaaaat much as I'm shipping a spider and a fox with a human anyway in this universe lol + a step-sibling-esque relationship of Dragon Lady with Rumu given she's the daughter of his dad's lover, but I got no idea where that plot went.

I'm just lowering my expectations at this point. At least Fugui is still delivering. ❣️

Truth. [at least Fugui is still Fugui..] << holding onto this fact like a security blanket too at this point, idk what is happening with the plot of this show but at least CY is still delivering.
