The beginning was a fairytale high-stakes Romeo-and-Juliet-esque romance between two people growing themselves and each other, flowers blooming amidst the dung heaps, who clung to each other even at the cost of torture and being stabbed by 10000 swords. They were convincing and I was convinced by their love, and I wanted their happiness because they were both too lovely and pure and kind to end any other way but happy. They were basically a married couple already and the only ones who didn't realise that yet was them.
The WR... well, even apart from zero development of the main romance, let's just say the less said about how I feel about the romance there the better, lol. Hope we soon return back to the epic high-stakes feel that Fugui and QT's arcs have again and just leave the WR behind us. ;-;

I am still hoping for a happy ending. He's using the Brolly of Hate Absorption in the desert fighting Evil Dad 2 in the trailer, so I've got faith it'll turn out that like when he turned into that dragon by absorbing the power in the sword and then purging himself, he'll be able to do the same with others' hate and be a rechargeable battery when it comes to fighting Black Fox.
