This will take a while to finish and I think it is better to watch while airing not only to feel the excitement but also to avoid spoilers.

I don't think there is another legal way to watch it besides Viki and Netflix (but I think it is available on Netflix in limited countries). There was a website that the subbers uploaded their work, but I think it got deleted. Check the recent discussions on the website to see if someone has posted links from the fansubbers and if nothing is available there too then go for the usual suspects aka dramacool or kissasian

I doubt it will have one. I read in some comments that in the manga there is a kiss later into the story but I don't think there is enough time for the series to get there since so far it is following the manga very closely.

The plot sounds peculiar (that could be a very good thing or a very bad thing), but the cast is so great that I will definitely watch this, if they end up accepting the offer.

I agree that it is very explicit and I have no idea how they shot those scenes. On the other hand though, I think that those explicit scenes were the ones that managed to actually change the law.
