About the fact that she was an accomplice, if you rewatch the final episode (or the one before that, I am not sure). Seo Jin clearly asks DT if he wants to get rid of SR and he answers that YH is the perfect person to get close to her so that he can achieve that. Then SJ gives DT money to cover up all the dirt behind his company and hers. After everything that happened they are talking in the penthouse and SJ asks him 'if he did it himself', in which he answers that he didn't do it himself (meaning that he put someone else to kill her). Besides that SJ wonders why YH didn't protest even though she knew that she wasn't the killer. So did she do it herself? No. Did she know though and didn't say anything? Yes. And she did it because she ''loved DT'' and because she wanted to protect everything that was hers. No matter the time, when you find out about a crime and don't say anything your are guilty of something. It's like I know that my neighbor killed his wife, but I say nothing because it benefits me. About Seok Hoon if we are talking about SR's murder, he just saw the maid getting paid. He didn't have any other evidence about what happened and even if he did, his case would be handled differently because he is underage. Even if he tried to blame his father he didn't have any evidence and JDT would probably stop him before he could go to the police (and we all know what he would do). Anyways, obviously no one is innocent. Everyone has made mistakes or committed crimes. They are all awful in their own way, but SJ is not innocent.
