All Gmmtv series or just the live stream of this one? Because at first in the livestream it said that it is not available in my region but after a few minutes I checked and it worked fine.

It is not exactly crime/thriller. This is a makjang so the plot is over the top. Many things are going on and it is full of exaggerations. I personally found it very addicting and I enjoyed it very much, but it is not for everyone. I think you should give it a chance at least until episode 4 (where it starts to get really good) and then decide if you would like to continue.

Honestly SKY Castle doesn't have a good start. The first 4-5 episodes are slow and can be considered boring. Now you will ask "do I have to watch so many episodes to get into it? It is a waste of time". SKY Castle is one of the dramas that is actually worth the wait. It is phenomenal and a great commentary to the Korean educational system. It is one of those dramas that can make you ignore the first boring episodes because the rest of them are perfect.

No need to compare them with series from other countries. They have their unique characteristics.

That sounds very interesting. I remember reading a manga with that name, but it had nothing to do with a pig masked killer. However, I only read the first few chapters so it may end up the way you are saying. It sounds very intriguing.

I wasn't impressed from the still cuts and after reading a few things about the screenwriter I didn't understand why netflix chose this series. However, I hope you are right, since they can't just choose randomly and this turns out to be good.

He is, comparing to Soo Ryun, but he is also smart and a strong character. I will be rooting for him until the queen (hopefully) returns. I hope they don't kill him too :(

SKY Castle is more realistic comparing to the penthouse and it hits close to home especially for students. Good to hear that you liked TLE since I want to watch it, but I am being quite hesitant.

Me too! I think they said that it was going to be released on the 19th and then they changed it to the 5th. The sooner the better!
