Unfortunately I agree. Even though the 1st season was great, this one is not as good. A lot of things are happening but I feel no connection to the new characters and the story is just mediocre so far. Even ep. 6 that was supposed to be shocking wasn't really good. It lacks the suspense of the first season. However I will definitely keep watching since I like the actors and I want to see what they will do with the story. Maybe it will get better.

I personally don't like it as much. The 1st season had more suspense and I was interested in every single character. Unfortunately the new season is not as good, it lacks suspense and the new characters are not that interesting. Don't get me wrong though, it is not bad so you should give it a chance.

I didn't like that part either, especially in the beginning since it was one of the most cliche things that they could do. However, even though I didn't love the last episode, it also wasn't that bad and the whole amnesia plot was handled unexpectedly very good. I think you should give it try.

You probably binge watched it. Anyway, I wasn't bothered by the crying (I didn't really notice that there is so much crying to say that it is annoying) and I didn't find it too much maybe because I watched 2 episodes per week.
I agree completely with what you say though. For me the second half wasn't as good and there were many cliches. Furthermore, in the end there were some unanswered questions. Also, I didn't find it that dark comparing to other dramas that have stayed with me for while. It was an enjoyable drama for its genre and I liked watching it. It certainly wasn't perfect (and I didn't really love the last episode) but overall it is a really good series with great acting.

I' ve seen it's okay to not be okay, but not love and redemption, so I will add it to my ptw list. It seems interesting.

No you are right. At the beginning I though she didn't go to the exams because she wasn't a good student so she didn't bother, but now that you mentioned the fact that she wanted the privilege of being one of the gifted it doesn't make any sense.
It is true that there is something weird about Grace. She is a mysterious character. I don't know if she is involved in something or it is just her character that is annoying. We will wait and see. It seems that we will find out about the new students potentials in the next episode.

I really didn't expect that. In the first seconds of the preview I though they were going to play with our feelings, but then they didn't hesitate at all to put it.

I thought your comment wasn't about this series, as I didn't notice Xiao Zhan being on the cast, but I just saw the review that rated this with 1 (since a rating of 1 is quite weird anyways) and saw that it was just targeting Xiao Zhan so I reported.
