Qiao Lin is the best character tbh! Her only flaw was to not notice the discrimination against her sister as a kid. But she's awesome - she liked the doc who loved her sis but she never got jealous or resented Xu Yan for it. She never compared herself with her high achieving sis. She dumped her toxic bf...took her stand...started working in a big city. She's the best. Very kind too.
You know what? They should have made the current lazy demon king the 2nd male lead instead of Feng Qi, because Feng Qi has noooooo character whatsoever. At least there would have been an interesting subplot about a lazy playboy demon king falling for a girl who's equally lazy and just wants to chill. Also, him facing Sima Jiao would have been fun [of course he is weak, but at least he is a demon king]. Then the villains should have made him believe that they want to marry FL with him, so he should kidnap her [in reality, they were just executing their plan like rn]. Feng Qi is okay in the plot, but like, how's the snake to Sima Jiao? Loyal and indebted—Feng Qi should have been the same...But they made him the most annoying and boring 2nd ML ever...like I want him to disappear ASAP. He did give us 2-3 jealousy scenes, but your job is over, my guy... Sima Jiao is so charming that we don't need forced jealousy to feel the chemistry.
Bhai I am so glad the forced killing arc didn’t cause any breakup...I mean, at least FL is smart enough to understand that ML belongs in a different world where he has to kill people in order to survive. Loved when ML agreed to not force her again to do stuff she hates, uff...I was so scared that it would cause some angst, but yayyy, writers are smart.
Three realms means - they will have story in demon and human world as well? Tell me they travel to modern human world hahaha, that would be interesting
