First I have to tell, that for me there was nothing confusing neither in the original, nor here....The only thing I can tell though that some parts were subbed differently in english and french (french being more clear). So people (not speaking chinese) should always keep in mind that they are not watching an original version. The information about "better integration and comprehension was on the wetv facebook page (may be on wetv indonesia, philipinnes). I guess it is some kind of "marketing" strategy to attract more fans? The synopsis, on the wetv application with Millions of subscribers, though, does not mention anything about "better integration and comprehension. Personally, (only my opinion) , I think, would be good to formulate the synopsis a little differently. May be when the drama is over... Also to the mention that the drama focuses on lz's emotions towards WWX, is a interpretation. What about WWX's emotions towards LZ? What we can all say is that it just that it focuses on the two leads (the rest is interpretation, who sees from whose point of view:)).

I am a foreign fan too (and people around me), and it is as easy for me to understand as if I were Chinese:) let's not generalise:) there are many reasons why they would made a special edition. I am sure it will attract new viewers but I ammore sure all of the fans are going to rewatch it:)

If I think that an actor is better than the others and shines brighter :) than others, then of course, for me, he should be the lead. Let's cite, how many drama actors have taken on a small/supporting role after a big role, appreciation by millions, and popularity or best actor awards, I have been watching kdrama for 10 years, but right now cannot think of an example. We are talking about dramas here. Movie industry is different. If we are going to argue, I need examples. Also who are we comparing XZ to when we talk about others starting small or big? Drama actors, movie actors? Hollywood may be (hope not:)) Who said they can compare to XZ? And finally, how are we judging an actor, and what roles he should or should not play, if we have not watched his best works? There is a reason I said, I do not feel the need to discuss. We shouldn't discuss about an actor we do not know. Otherwise it gives an impression that we are either biased, for some reason, or we are arguing for the argument's sake... In both cases, discussion is meaningless...
