I love the parallels. I loved how A Yin never gave up on Gu Jin although his love threads were removed. She kept chasing him until she died. Everyone kept saying she didn't deserve him. Likewise with Yuan Qi. Feng Yin's love threads were removed through her many lifetimes over the thousand years yet Yuan Qi never gave up on her either. He kept shamelessly chasing her and even crashed her wedding. 😂😂 It was him, now, who people said didn't deserve her. They both just hopelessly love each other.❤️❤️
I'm not sure if it's intentional, but I liked how the revelations are broken up, like an episode was dedicated to each character. Episode 35 was all about Gu Jin's sacrifices and love for A Yin and then Episode 37 was all about Yuan Qi's sacrifices and love for A Yin. I'm still so touched. ❤️ Gu Jin/Yuan Qi did A LOT so it was nice to see two episodes dedicated to him. I liked how the revelations were revealed in here more than A Journey To You and I LOVED that drama too, but I feel like this drama's execution wasn't as draggy and heavy.
I'm almost done watching ALP. I'm most prepared to watch Moonlight Mystique now. 😂 I'm surprised to see Yuan Qi, the child, having such a huge part in ALP versus Ali in TMOPB. ☺️
For what the leads went through, yes, it's satisfying enough but for my girly heart, I'm always wanting more.😂…
They could've filmed later when she got better? Of course, I don't know their schedules but I would think if they wanted to make the ending more complete, they would find a way even if filming had wrapped up? I saw ZLS and WAY's last scenes filmed together and they were physically close together? So she must have gotten better by the time the drama wrapped. I'm just saying, maybe they intended this ending from the beginning. I just can't help but pity that this story, this cast, this moment in time will never come again and they couldn't at least given us a hug. 🥹🥹 But it's okay, I understand.😘☺️
