Actually after seeing a spoiler pic on Twitter from the final ep it looked like the goddaughter was still there and actually laughing and playing with Yining's baby while YN was siting and holding it in her arms!! Actually watching at this week's schedule we will be getting 2 eps on the weekend + Monday and by Tuesday I expect them to drop the final 6-5 eps with an express package!! After watching ep30 teaser it seems that she will be joining the duke's household by then...I guess she just needed some time to herself and to emotionally sort out her feelings. After all in the series, she is not a child but a young lady now...Hence her deciding to live at the shop...Tho I too find it quite unrealistic for those times to let a young unmarried lady live on her own, but oh well...

Honestly I have been enjoying this drama so much from ep 1, so after seeing the latest eps 25-26 (prior to today's) being focused more on the 2nd couple and the SML it made me kinda wish to skip forward and lose interest a bit...Tho I know it was essential for the plot to move forward...So now that that's finally all over I am glad to see our leads getting the attention they deserve by the script writters and the plot thickening and becoming more interesting & exciting for what's to come >< I really hope they keep this up until the finale!! Then this drama will truly be worth of getting highly rated and praised from beginning to end!!

Actually I think it was already valid back then...Cause that was the reason Immortal Samsara, Love Like the Galaxy, Lost you forever etc. were broken into Season(part) 1 and 2...It was because they couldn't fit the 40 eps regulation...And had a secong season of 20 smth eps following the first...As for 2018 yeah I think at that time the 40 eps limit was not implemented since multiple cdrama had 60-70+ eps back then...Maybe future dramas could follow the "broken into Season(part) 1 and 2" some dramas did in 2022 & 2023...But I think The Rise of Ning (and some other dramas like it) didn't cause they had not enough plot to cover 40 eps as part 1 + at least another 20 eps for part2....For them for things to flow a bit more slowly and us to enjoy the romance plus 5 eps would safice but that goes against regulations and ways to avoid it...They couldn't have a part 2 of 5-10 eps right?
Today's episodes were so so good!! The spotlight finally returns to the leads, it's so satisfying to watch!! And the teasers for tomorrow's eps made me even more excited!! The wait is finally over and the next 10 eps will be the salvation we viewers have been waiting for (or so I hope)!! These 2 new eps were so refreshing and truly brought back the charm it had from the beginning^^
Here before 28-29 eps drop today and... So far I have been truly enjoying this drama!! However, weather that will remain the same or my views will change depends on how the script writers will handle the next 13 eps!! Please please don't mess it up...I hope these eps will finally put everything else in the background and focus on the main couple, their relationship, and their struggles and achievements!! I understand the need for all the filler scenes so far since they were needed for the overall plot to move and there were still secrets between the leads...But now that everything is clear, it's time for them and their plot to move forward!! Plus with all the things we have yet to see the time is barely enough to cover them all satisfyingly!! So I hope there will be no dragging in the upcoming eps or this will really lose some of its appeal to me....There are already concerns about the development of the drama on Weibo as well...

And honestly I can see that it was mostly for the plot and cause the leads had secrets between them but now that everything is finally out they should let ML & FL shine more and to show their romance in the eps left!! For me I hope this drama won't become a repeat of The Princess Royal...I really want Rise of Ning to keep going strong until the end and gives us what we want to see and ask for...
13 ep is more than enough to cover every damn thing we want only if they abolish the 2nd cp screentime..

Based on trailers from yt and spoilers on tt there will be a wedding scene, at least 2 kiss scenes, scenes with their baby and a scene with them hugging eo and laughing while lying in bed ^^ We have 10+ eps for their romance to develop so I am very excited for what's coming! Sure 2nd couple scenes can be annoying or boring at times but they had a pourpuse to work as catalyst against Madam Chen's true character reveal...Now that they are mostly settleted I am sure main couple will be taking the lead~!

Even with VIP & Express package it's still not complete TT I think they will drop the last 4-6 eps maybe around Monday...Hopefully...I really want to rewatch from ep 27 to the end when the express package comes out ><
