the romantic part of the 2 leads are from 35, in case ppl just want romantic parts. even though their love story started from like kid age 😅🤣🤣🤣 nothing more romantic than understand and share your life burdens together. FH would silently sacrificed her business to makeup for WH’s mistake without letting him know, the same with WH would forgo his stock options for his friends. their love is that of family, yet you can see and feel WH’s love for FH is so much more intimates: not just through words, but with each hug he gave her (those hugs are so hot lol)

my guess as to why she isn’t staying:
1 - not an idol drama 😝(joking)
2 - she has a station to run and two crying women to take care of
3 - she’s still sick, she needs her med, and rest to make sure she ain’t passing out in front of him and cause him to worry (most likely this reason)
4 - technically she isn’t his gf, n she not meant to show him how much she loves him, so best to leave to avoid misunderstanding (but my, I love that hug of him, so initimate! 😳)

idk about you but the first half of the drama is just so doom n gloom, n so stressful. looking back, I swear the adult time was so much more positive and lively lol. at least, it looks like they have a good future if they just work hard. whereas back then, they were just doom n doom, n their way out is just slightly better than doomed 😑

nah, because this series is a CCTV-1 broadcast, most important channel in China, they have to align with that channel. initially I thought the 2 eps in front of the tv channel would cause it to have bad rating, but its rating is still quite high. no way, they will end this before the live broadcast, That will definitely kill the rating. and when I saw the calendar, it made sense, they will end at the same time, how it should be.

I just don’t feel like MDL would control rating that way, but who knows 🤷‍♀️and if MDL wants to be transparent, they would have let ppl see the rating per date, so we can see who rate early, who rate late, and which day that the rating just pouring in. that should tell you how much manipulation the rating has. but it has been years now, and MDL couldn’t even show the weekly rating 🙄😒

FH, in one of the conversations, seems to know shes not the only girl in WH’s heart. so what if shes close to him and does everything for him, at the end of the day, this brain tumour has put her once again behind any candidate that is suitable for WH. to FH, WH can have any girl he likes, and she would not be first, and with SiYi, whom she knows WH also dearly like, she just doesn’t want to burst her bubble. rather having a bit of dignity that he loves her, n not leaving her when SiYi come back, having to choose her over SiYi because of the tumour, she just prefers their current status quo. (I know it’s silly thoughts, but it’s the usual silly thoughts lol, and I agree they should talk, n they will lol)

brain surgery is hard, but keep in mind, chemotherapy is very taxing. you need a good support system, or you won’t survive it! so I’m guessing she wants to go back n have her family there with her

you know it’s not an idol drama when ML is sick, FL took care of him, then took off 🤣 left him with a piece of paper, not sitting there, falling asleep waiting for him to be awake! 🤣🤣🤣 yes, FH has works to attend to, she can’t sit around take care of WH 🤣🤣🤣
