(those 2 families were always together as told to us). so by and large, WH and FH’s relationship should be a bit closer (not romantic), than SY and WH. also love is a luxury lol, when you are poor and try to survive, love is like the last thing in your mind lol. those kids might have feelings, but they would focus on many other things and not love lol. plus this is a CCTV series, they will promote study hard over focusing on love 😅

like usual, give the first episode a go and see it for yourself. this drama is an ensemble cast, and not focus on BL, so there will be instances where for the whole episode, you will only get 5mins of BL. if you haven’t seen this type of drama before (ensemble casts rather than male/female centric, not heavy on romance), you might not like it (despite it being good or not lol)
