Ya. Big part of the novel is how ZSC used poetry to describe his feeling while he’s making love to her. It’s weird and possibly not work irl, but incredibly romantic as he used the poem to convey his strong love for her. Or there was a scene in the novel where after the first kiss, where he isn’t great at it, he then went out of his way to research/learn how to kiss lol. And most importantly, OnO shows us how their love started in the library, it has their poem on the wall. And when he read it out loud to her, she just wanted him and they did it in the library lol. With their love is like gentle water, the contrasting needed to be show through these intimate scenes so that you can see their love while on surface is as gentle as the water but just as strong and passionate as any wave

Haha constipated love scenes 🤣 it’s so sad. I didn’t care much about Leo in love is sweet, but after watching it, there is no one else but leo for Bai lu in that drama. I don’t go crazy about actors, I understand they have their life, but don’t mess with my drama lol. Deliver it if it was meant to be! Overrated - uhm, maybe because we didn’t get our intimate scenes, but everything else is sweet. But other than that, it does deserved to be rank quite highly.

Notice how the bts only has shot of her lips touch his lips lightly, there was no longer short that prove the half face is their, so I do believe it’s a fake kiss 😑

So I’m going to be most hated on this page but I have to say this: Allen is ruining this series by not doing real kissing scenes. I understand he wants to give his wife security, but then he doesn’t do his job properly. Like if you don’t do kissing scenes, don’t be in the idol drama or romantic drama. Part of what make the novel good is how he went from awkward to so much in love with his wife, how his love for his wife gotten so strong that he can no longer hold back. No offend but nothing make a girl feel hotter than your husband’s desires for you and still do over the years lol.
Then can I say how I feel unfair for Bai Lu? So he has a no kiss contract, but if there is a supposed kissing scene, and they use a body double for him, she’s then has to kiss an unknown, most likely ugly because they choose the guy with samish lips and bottom jaw. She can’t say no because she didn’t have the clause, and has to or they will say she’s a bad actress. Not just Bai lu but whoever has to kiss the body double of Allen ren 🤦‍♀️

I love this drama but it can never reach the hotness level it could get if we don’t get those intimate scenes in the novel. There were only like 3-5 kisses the most, not a hard ask 😒 Allen is a good actor, I can’t see anyone else being ZSC but this is definitely making me 😒😑😡 toward the drama and him lol. I don’t think I’ll bother with his future drama

Lol, unless Allen locks lips with Bai Lu (he still hasn’t, he let her steal a peck on the lips lol), no one will be able to beat XK and BL pairing. Every kiss of the legend make you feel how much LCL loves her, the longing, the lingering, the passionate, it was raw but it was there.

Lol, considering we won’t have real kisses for the most intimate part tomorrow, I don’t think we will get anything daring 😒

Get rdy for major disappointment! The most pivotal moment is a shadow kiss 😑 I like Allen ren and he’s a good actor but without real intimacy, it’s not burning hot! Bai Lu’s light peck on the lips with him in the car is just a light peck, the half face is definitely fake. So sorry to say but I’ll not bother with Allen’s new drama. Not totally invested if I don’t feel the character is 100% there

Lol if you want to complain, let’s complain about the core part of the novel is going to waste: the initiate scenes. After their awkwardness, how ZSC starts taking charge of their intimate is what really consolidating their relationship, and now I have a shadow kissing scene. No love making scene in their beloved place together, which is the library! ShiYi and Bai Lu is fine, she handled him as a glass rose, what’s more do you want lol

Yup, sexual frustration we all feel lol. My poor shiyi is all alone on her wedding night. But it shows slowly how he’s more caring at how she feels. She’s disappointed for sure in various situations, but she was willing to be patient, I guess it’s a learning journey for both of them and we just have to hold on lol

Lol, that channel is pretty bad, saw a bunch of videos from that channel, and basically he wants to please the masses, so he would pick popular drama, or popular actors, and the cuts for the video show nothing (or at least 70-80% of the video is rubbish). Like top best drama or something, he just put random unimportant scenes in , that show nothing about the drama. Or like this kissing video, the majority of them you can’t see they kiss well, I’m sorry but showing me their back while they are on a high up lift does not prove they are good kisser. And Lu han was kissing his gf >_> the second one was messy, not sexy 😒 and lol at Allen‘a kiss cut in that video, when I can’t tell which lips is the boy’s and which lips is the girl’s, that’s a fail kiss.

In kissing scenes, it takes 2 to tango plus the director’s choice/approval. Say for example: falling in love with your smile, so many kissing scenes, yet only one of them was decent (the one in the cinema), the rest look like XK was kissing a dead fish (you know that style of kissing where the girl’s lips don’t move). So apart from both has to response, both has to response correctly, like DD’s kissing scenes with yang yang, it felt like they have their own battle to do lol, I feel very conflicted watching their kissing scene lol 🤣

He might not, but so far his kiss with her is second best after Bai Lu lol

Lol, I prefer they don’t. XZ’s army is strong, leave the chart to them and maybe we don’t get too many 1* from them lol. Don’t forget other crazy fandoms out there

Yea, you came to the same conclusion as me lol. There are shots that is her face but can’t confirm if it’s his face, and vice versus lawl. It’s like body double double 🤣 yea, it is what it is, we have 20eps to see whether we get more kisses, and whether there are more tricks to them. I think they will cut the one where they did it the library because that one is way too hot 🤣
