The context though lol: SL was forcing herself on him, and he was worried and concerns about her being in pain (this is in the book, and nothing wrong with forcing btw, not to me, it’s fiction omg). And in the novel, we get his dialogs throughout their “scene”, so we know he concerns and willing to stop at any time, here they chose to display that concern and hesitation at the beginning so we can conveniently blur out. Do I wish for more, first watch - yes. But as soon as the scene blur out, I was ok.
