First episode was great, the attraction, the love bombing. From there it's gone downhill. Bored out of my mind in episode 2, In's family in episode 3 is weird. The subtitles are strange and sometimes the characters repeat them more than once. I'm assuming that's a subtitle issue and not that the characters are actually saying the same thing over and over. There is no normal Asian channel that carries this so I'm watching it on YouTube. Don't know if that's the problem. I keep hitting pause on the episodes because I get bored, don't know if I'm going to watch the rest of them or not yet.

PS I forgot to add that the subtitles sometimes mysteriously disappear altogether. Happened at the beginning of episode 2 and now the beginning of episode 4.

I never even heard of the guy. But apparently he did a BL and was wiping his mouth each time he had to kiss his male co-star. It was seen as homophobic and people don't like him. It's a small role, and I don't think it matters if it's played by him or someone else.

It's the hidden cut. It is an extended version of the series shown on IQIYI. I'm on episode 8 right now and some of the NC scenes in the original version were extended. I was told there's also an additional NC scene between Charan and Khanin in episode 11 and a montage of cast pictures at the end of episode 14. Additional footage can be anything from a few seconds to a few minutes. I can make a post about the difference between the two when I've finished watching it on Netflix.
