Title SOTUS
My patience is so short with this one because it looks like it's gonna be really, really good. It comes out on…
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

This is certainly HAPPY news, indeed!

I couldn't wait so I watched it raw, and I'm gonna assume that my "assuming" what's being said is probably really, really off.... but the main lead males: YOWZA.... In their "ANGER" they look like they'll end up being pretty damn passionate... and I'm really looking forward to how they play this out. The acting was definitely MUCH better than some of the other things GMMTV is producing, though you have to love and respect them for bringing up such potentially talented actors. At least 3-4 of these guys I've seen in supporting roles elsewhere and they've all had an appeal to me. There's so much talent here to be tapped into, and it would be nice to have BL shows that actually had decent quality stories with decent actors carrying it. =)

My patience is so short with this one because it looks like it's gonna be really, really good. It comes out on Line TV but, of course, us non-Asians don't get access to it. *sigh* So, we have to wait until GMMTV posts it with eng subs on their website or some kind heart not only records it while they watch but then someone comes along and subs it.... Of course, that's all hit and miss.

Oh, to anyone thinking of starting this drama, I recommend not watching it on Viki. Viki usually has good streams/subtitles,…
Thank you for noting this or I'd have wasted a bunch of my time.

This comment here pretty much summarizes my feelings on this show. I, too, fast forwarded through much. This show, to me, was pure "revenge". It was mainly about biz, and revenge talk and the romance seemed more secondary. I'd have like more intimate moments and the ending was strange, but it was still a pretty decent show.

If you're looking for a lot of romance, then this isn't the show for you.

Review Nirvana in Fire Spoiler
I want to add that, if you're finding yourself needing a "kiss" from the main female/male couple at the end to satisfy you, then you really didn't "get" the story at all. I truly felt completely satisfied without it.

I absolutely hated Pim. F'ng bitch with a messed up angry face all the time and mostly for no reason. The dude doesn't even have to be doing they things he's doing. He's doing it out of the kindness of his heart at first. That she can never show proper appreciation and is always raising her voice, screaming, and being belligerent for mostly no reason at all, just rubbed me wrong. Honestly, for me, I'd have thought the story was perfect if he dumped her ass because he's too nice of a guy to deserve any of what this bitch is dishing out.

Title Our Gap Soon
Looks like it's been confirmed to have 36 episodes from 2016-Aug-27 to 2016-Dec-24. Wow. They touched each other…
He was in Thumping Spike and she was in Thumping Spike 2. Not acting together but part of the same production.. It's a webtoon about basketball.

I already knew it going into this thing because I watched Ma Lil Boy that the leads were straight... but for newbie actors... these boys hit you in the feels... Let me just say that I truly appreciate Thai BLs because they offer more than just the BL focus but the entirety of issues they're dealing with and in such a realistic way. Even bring in the mundane stuff because life it's a series of romantic moments... there's a lot of BS filling in the gaps... that's just how life rolls for the majority of humanity.

btw... those two can actually sing pretty dang well to boot.
On Hapimari: Happy Marriage!? Aug 5, 2016
"...Currently, I am finishing the subs of episode 7 and 8 for HAPI MARI: Happy Marriage!?.... was posted today, 8/4/16 from Furritsubs, who is one of the main Japanese/Englihs subbers that all the other sites steal from and she also noted that she is planning to only release ep. 6 when they're done with the others... so it'll be soon, and all at once.

where can I watch it or download with english subs?
It's better to watch it on the channel producing it. GMMTV is going through a lot of effort to produce stuff we all want and to provide the eng subs themselves. I, for one, am extremely appreciative of the content they are producing since it hits a variety spectrum for the "romance genre" which is my fav genre. They're putting on a lot of stuff this year that's pretty decent quality, even if they need lots of product placement to afford doing it this way. That's why I also think it's a benefit for everyone to watch on their GMMTV YouTube channel and to subscribe. We're getting this stuff practically commercial free and subbed from the start. Giving them love for doing this in this manner is, I think, the least the community can do.

Ahhh..... This is just so freaking upsetting. To read that KWM took to social media to apologize for this drama…
I take his words at face value. He wasn't apologizing to the "world". This wasn't said in an interview about the drama. This was his own motivation and his own words that he went out of his way to post on his fan cafe website specifically to address what he felt were concerns or complaints for his fans in particular.

From that perspective I believe of all he wrote the most meaningful and important takeaway sentence from it was: "...I’m sorry about not being able to show a bright and cheerful character...." As I think someone stated in an ^^above comment, I think he was cognisant of the eagerness of his fans for him to be in another drama, and they had more expectations for it to be a rom-com and it turned out that he decided to challenge his acting skills by doing something different and more serious in the form of a melo. I think the trailers for UF lead one to believe that it was going to be a sweet, loving type rom-com and so people didn't realize where KWB was coming from or his approach to taking up this drama.

In the end, he must have felt two things, 1. he wasn't up to the acting task of this kind of drama and 2. his fans are picky and temperamental and easily turn their backs on him if he doesn't meet their desired "version" of him in a drama. I think #2 is what makes me feel the saddest. That he felt he didn't do a good enough job or whatever is something I shrug off. If you were a person who could sit through a show like Orange Marmalade cuz you like the actors in it then this shouldn't be a problem for KWB because, imo, he is on par as an actor with any of them even with a bad script. But to have your fans drag down your ratings because the content wasn't "bright and cheerful" is really putting to much on his shoulders and boxing him in to a stereotype that would have to be boring for a guy maturing with a girlfriend whose done just about everything under the sun in acting. I really think his fans need to give a guy a break.... this is as bad as a KPop idol taking to weibo or IG or FB or band website to post a personal apologize for getting married and having a kid... I mean... Fans, at some point, need to back off their views of ownership to celebs and let them live their lives and pick and choose based on their interest not on your need to fawn and swoon over a b/f image when the dude is already taken. lol....
On Uncontrollably Fond Aug 3, 2016
Ahhh..... This is just so freaking upsetting. To read that KWM took to social media to apologize for this drama and his performance in it is absolutely heartbreaking. The fact that after UF started competing with W made the ratings drop is a sad fact. I don't think it's his fault but to save face and reach out to his fans who may be disappointed in him for doing this drama, it's sad to see him feeling this kind of thing was necessary:

http://www.soompi.com/2016/08/02/kim-woo-bin-expresses-concern-disappointing-fans-uncontrollably-fond/

I haven't watched 1 episode of this drama but I was looking forward to it because it looked to be something really good. The trailers got me pumped, so, thankful I'm one of those people that waits until things are completed and fully subbed before I dare to start watching it. I don't have the patience to wait each week nor do I like taking risks of subbers dropping the show and leaving me hanging for years. Listen, I come into the Asian drama scene back in 2004 before apps like Viki etc were born. I had to scour the pages of DailyMotion or Veoh or YouTube for subbed content. Quality was bad and not every episode subbed or taking months at a time. We're all pretty spoiled now... and because of that, I refuse to let my heart be smashed unless I willingly hand it over for the event. That way, I only have myself to blame. =) ....so, having said that, it's disheartening to read this because now my motivation to watch UF after it's done and subbed has lost its priority. I'll probably end up watching it if I have nothing better left to watch. ;)

Even though ep6 is already up and subbed, I stopped at 5 and will wait for the final two episodes so I can marathon this. All I can say is that the lead kisses are hot. They don't hold back at all... ...but that's about as good as it gets for romance, from my perspective. I've watched a lot of Push, and even when he's being aggressive and violent and controlling, in previous shows I was able to still find parts of him likable. In this one, he is straight up just an asshole. I don't like him, and haven't found truly any redeeming value in his character. No matter how damn fine he looks, and let me just say that the majority of guys are freaking hot af in their university uniforms, his character in this one doesn't appeal to me so much so that I have 2nd male lead syndrome. I'm truly hoping this ends in 1 of 2-ways: 1. She truly opens her heart to Key and finally completely emotionally dumps P'Sibtis's ass. 2. Or something miraculous, which frankly I don't see happening, that makes P'Sibtis's turn into an actual "Prince".... cuz so far, the value of his character amounts to nothing more than a frog.

You could only consider this a great romance movie instead merely a tragedy if you believe that romance includes knowingly sealing your unhappy fate, living a completely unfulfilled life, giving yourself a lifetime memory of regret and pain for being a coward and worrying about societal views and gossip rather than being true to your own self.

I guess given that this takes place in the 1960s, it's unstandable this would play out as such. I like to think nowadays we're much more enlightened with the fact that happiness is a choice one makes for themselves not others.
