Disney seems like the Worst platform for great shows... 1. Let's talk about moving it was a breath of fresh air to the Kdrama world, something we hadn't seen before, great writing, direction, screenplay, cast, acting and what I liked most of all is how everything was pieced together as the story progressed....
What Disney did wrong?
They hardly tried promoting the show before it started airing, if was only after the show took off and started receiving international love, they put in the effort into promotions and expanding their reach to the international audience..
2. The Worst of Evil.... Great show with excellent performances, direction and script...
What Disney did wrong?
Did a good on promotions in Japan but did not engage with the native audience enough.. The show was only available in a few countries. This was a show that would have been a huge hit with the audience overseas Eg. The US While the show was airing Disney (Korea) did not pay much attention to promoting it and was busy promoting "Loki" and "Vigilante" and "Moving" which had ended a while ago and didn't really need any promotion at that point of time as everybody was already talking about it. I saw more promotions of "Vigilante" that "The Worst of Evil" during the whole run. This show had so much potential and would have been a much bigger hit.
3. Vigilante.... The promotions had been going on for a while and I don't think they lacked in that department.
What went wrong ?
Vigilante is a mini series of sort. They should have released all the episodes at once instead of going for 2 per week format. The episodes are around 45 min each (8 episodes). That would have been a much better choice.
Netflix is much better with promoting and streaming these kind of shows Eg. My Name, D.P. , Bloodhounds.
Let me first clear this out of the way, JCW is my fav actor and I have been waiting for this drama since the day…
I am not asking you to like it... but you can't stop others from mentioning it's name. "Personally HCCC is so overrated hope people stop mentioning that drama."
Just because people are mentioning 'HCCC' doesn't mean they are comparing both shows and are criticising 'Welcome to Samdalri' for having similar vibes..
I really hate when people mention hometown cha cha in every village town drama, they also saying same thing here,…
Let me first clear this out of the way, JCW is my fav actor and I have been waiting for this drama since the day it was announced and i do know it's different from HCCC but we can't deny the fact that there are similarities....
1. Village setting 2. Ambitious FL 3. ML who loves his Hometown and isn't willing to leave the place 4. The constant bickering between the ML and FL( the teaser being the witness ) 5. Healing drama.
P.s. HCCC is in no way overrated, it's actually one of the best dramas ever made, the Cast, the Acting, the Direction, the Chemistry and the supporting characters and the message "You don't have to be successful to be happy".
All our hope & excitement go in down ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§π€§
Due to my personal choice of not wanting to watch due to the emotional turmoil it will be for me. Can u pls tell…
Two possible reasons... 1. To save Euijung from the guilt of being responsible for the death. 2. Ki Chul was catholic, the greatest sin a catholic can commit is suicide.
Who said it's equal... I don't remember ever saying that. "The worst of evil" doesn't refer to Ki Chul or any other person as an individual, the title refers to the evil inside every single being come out because of their greed or pride.
Ki Chul's evil came out because of his greed for money and his pride to be not looked down upon by others.
Euijung's evil was that she was willing to do anything if it protected her husband, confessing to Ki Chul kissing him..
Joon Mo who at the beginning was unwilling to kill people even in the face of danger, ultimately goes on a killing spree and mercilessly killed people to save his wife was willing to go after Jungbae's family to complete his mission.
Everyone had an evil side so saying that Ki Chul was the worst evil and Euijung shouldn't mind him dying because he was the ultimate criminal is not how you rationalize emotions.
People can either be rational or emotional they can't be both. They are Humans not robots who can remain unfazed at the death of someone they once loved
Just because Ki Chul did something wrong, it doesn't justify what they did. I am only saying this because you keep stating they were both cops and they should be rational
Eg. Goblin- Historical, Romance, action, fantasy
