Shitz… they’ve really built up the climax…. And the momentum + suspense is still going…… I sure hope the ending bits won’t suck…. Mainland dramas have a tendency to rush and mess up endings….
In a way this series is really a wake-up call and a reminder for females….. it’s really kinda sad because it is so realistic…… Also highlights how money can really change someone and also how important money is…..

True that about K-dramas…. Like their screenplay has developed and matured soooooo much over the past decade. I recently watched Extraordinary Attorney Woo and was really impressed. Yes, I realised K-dramas don’t produce that many historical themes/settings, likely coz they have a much shorter history as a country. I’ve only probably watched like 5 at most in my entire lifetime. 🤣

Yeap but Korean dramas are a full hour per episode and Mainland dramas are typically 35-40 mins per episode… so 1 Korean episode equals about ~2 Mainland episodes…

Love the whole concept of this…. Wish they highlighted the charity aspect…. Like which charity did they commit to, setting targets… they could even have gotten someone from the chosen charity to participate actively in the show to raise awareness…. That would have been really meaningful and unique….
