CLOY was really my first experience into KDrama. After watching it I decided to watch more korean dramas and became hooked.

It came back on Viki, and I had been waiting for it. I decided to watch it and finished last evening. What a great drama.

I believe missing from the actors list is the first mistress (evil and insane) of Gu Ting Ye. She played a significant role and is such a memorable character because of her over the top portrayal of a wicked, evil and insane woman that just doesn't care about anything.

Such a confusing end, the last few episodes, I didn't understand how it was cut together, didn't make sense to me.

Yea, it's too long for its story. They could have done that drama in 20 episodes. I would recommend something else in the wuxia/xianxia genre.

Finished yesterday. What an amazing drama, I just want to applause it. Very good acting, great story, just perfect in every way.

I decided to give it another chance, and finished. It's not as good as Legend of Fu Yao or Eternal Love (also featuring Yang Mi in lead role), but it's alright. This Novoland: Pearl Eclipse story is so much simpler than the other two.

I'm on episode 12, and nothing has really happened. Very boring drama. I don't know where this story is going. Dropping this.

Done. Very nice easy to watch romance drama, light and fluffy and not too serious, satisfying.

Yea, I thought that maybe they were deities doing a trial in the mortal realm, and then died and went back to heaven from their trial.
Not sure what to make of this "open ending", it's one of the longest dramas I've watched, and maybe they should have had a more clear ending. I'm not disappointed, just a little confused about it.

I'm not even half way thru, but it's a surprisingly satisfying light fluffy romance drama. Don't expect some epic drama with a complex story and stratagems and such, it's a simpler story. Just love the actors.

Yes, it's a great epic journey, there are so many adventures the characters go on, it's a multi phased epic that makes it interesting to watch because there's always some new mission and crisis.

I a bit confused about the ending. Maybe someone can explain it to me. How did they live?

It will only get better, this is the most many layered epic drama I've watched. It's awesome really. I finished it in 2 weeks and just got submerged into this story. Can't believe I finished, I miss it already.

I just love seeing Sweet 18 up there. Such an obscure drama but so much heart and fun. I've never laughed as much and felt so fluffy than watching that drama, every episode was such a joy and the lead actress just nailed it.

So many great recommendations here, haven't seen 90% of this and I've watched a lot!

I'm only half way thru, and so far it's a great drama. But it's a very complicated drama with very large set of characters. It is written somewhat okay, and I feel the chemistry between the leads is just somewhat okay. Overall I'm happy with it, but it's not perfect. I will finish this drama and most likely give it a high rating, but it wouldn't be my first recommendation in this genre.

Great drama, but not satisfied with inconclusive ending. I need season 2.

I feel the ending was too rushed, finished too quickly. Like, was her "fake mother" her real mother actually after all, she was actually the twin of the girl she pretended to be? I need to rewatch it again, because there was only like a small scene where this important thing was reveals in seemingly trivial manner. This was the whole "secret origin" story I was waiting for, but it was so rushed.

Perfect feel-good drama.
