From what I have gathered from various comments - in english and other languages on kisskh, youtube, and bilibili - this video is a self-made micro/short film that got traction from Douyin (Chinese Tiktok), and was then uploaded to bilibili. In addition to the links from kdoramalama, it seems that it was also uploaded on the day of premier to a vietnamese youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6qvhTFX8pQ

There were rumors of possibly making a longer version - but it doesn't seem like anything has come of it. These GL micro/short film MVs and Douyin skits are surprisingly popular.
