According to a namu contributor, this was in post-production (filming was completed) but then the producer Kakou stopped producing and servicing original content. Which has complicated funding and the overall release process.
Hopefully Kakou changes their mind (which would be easiest) or another producer takes over/chips in (which might cause them to have to refilm/rewrite depending on the contract with Kakou). Otherwise, this might be cancelled.

Yes and no. It aired at a film festival. It's not for general public viewing yet. MDL goes with the earliest showing so that people who watched it at those events can document it on their lists.
Dinosaur Love (ไดโนซอรัก) <--- Page is already created Lam Doesn't Eat Meat (ลามไม่กินเนื้อ) Bears Don't Come to Scold (หมีอย่ามาดุ) Tigers Will Eat Kit Kats (เสือจะกินคิทแคท)
I thought Tul moves to NYC is this actually happening?
As written below, yes, it's actually happening. It's been in post-production (no more filming) for a while now. And Tul and Mew were in both in New York for an extended period of time.
I'm not sure where it was filmed, but regardless filming has been completed.
Volunteer fan translations have always be a thing. And still remain a thing. She wasn't coercing them or guilting them, she was opening up an opportunity for them to do so on their own accord. She was telling them that she was open and encouraging fan translations being added to her content.
While I get the concern, it's a VOLUNTEER opportunity. It's not new. It's not predatory. It wasn't coercion. I fail to see the larger issue, especially to the point of elevating it to "scandal" status. Have we got to the point in society where everything needs to be paid in order to have value? If you don't want to volunteer your services, don't. Or are we saying that netizens have that little self control when their idols are involved? Because that's a whole other issue.
Besides, paying for the translation of every youtube video across dozens of languages... o.O Are they aware that that's an unreasonable ask as well?
