Techno's love story is in Love By Chance. Not that it's a particularly good one either... But he has one. We also see a very brief hint in TTS2 (because at this point he was in a relationship) but yea, it would've been nice to be more direct. I can only assume that she didn't because LBC and the film rights to the stories included are held by a different studio.
