She was already in a very unstable mental state prior to these events, and now that the revelation at ep29 makes her even more conflicted.

Her husband was hunting down her people 4. Her husband chose his bros over her and broke her trust and heart. Breaking the barrier was the straw that broke the camel's back. 5. Infant core was in her body, which makes everything more complicated
It should take time for her to sort all these things out before reconciling with MZY.
