I'm so sad about this episode. I loved Shun for his minimalist thinking, I believed that he was happy with that way of living. I understood that he'd found that way of thinking and life from being knocked before, but that doesn't mean that it was wrong.
He doesn't need to go back to being a super driven chef to be happy. He was already happy.
Just like Mashiba doesn't need to go back to being 24/7 influencer to be happy.
This just feels like character development gone awfully wrong.
he is Mr. Gu's therapist he's looking into Shi Shuangjiaos mothers death because there is something wrong with…
Being someone's therapist doesn't give you rights to dig up all their personal history. Also, he is no longer Mr. Gu's therapist. He was fired because he has conflict of interest. SML is in love with FL and this has clouded his judgment, he's been using his position as a therapist to try break them up since day 1. His behaviour as a therapist is disgusting.
Also has it been stated that his Grandfather is involved in FLs mother's death? Or is that a spoiler?
The second male lead is a stalker at this point. Using dodgy connections to dig up personal history's and now looking into FLs mother's death - WHY? Then trying to act all noble saying he respects FLs decision! Like fuck does he.
He also needs his medical license taken away, breaching confidentiality, not stepping back when there's blatant conflict of interest, using his position of power (as a therapist) to manipulate FL & MLs relationship, he's just the absolute worst.
Ok, Hase killed it this episode I'm so impressed with the acting, I was choking up. I can't believe how each episode is getting better. But next weeks preview is worrying, I can see frustration up ahead. I hope I'm wrong.
I hate the rival Mangaka now, I know she's got lots of respect for Maria-san and it was played in a light hearted way BUT using poor little Ren like that was despicable! Plus invading someone else's personal space, she's basically a stalker.
Also disappointed that Cafe Guy kisses Aiko, she should have pushed him away.
I wanted Karibe to have more progression this episode too, but he seemed to go back a bit... I still love him though.
However I am still really enjoying this drama and can't wait to see the next episode <3
I am getting worried about the possibility of President coming back and the kind of annoying love triangle it…
Yesss and I want it to stay that way lol If the president does return, I just want it to be confirmation that she has no romantic feelings. That would be perfect. I can't wait for ep 4 I'm going crazy.

I agree, that's how it seems now. I just hope very much that the writers keep it this way and don't ruin it trying to force in a love triangle. Maybe I've been watching too many poorly written romances lately lol It's making me nervous that this masterpiece (so far) could be ruined.
I'm loving the natural progression of their romance, and how cheeky Shun is. More in the spoiler:
I am getting worried about the possibility of President coming back and the kind of annoying love triangle it could add.
I don't want to see the FLs character go all flakey in a 'who should I choose' kind of story line.
I'd also hate to see what that'd do to Shun, it wouldn't be fair to him. Especially as he seemed to make double sure she wasn't still pining over the President before be made his move.
Yep, all there is to do is wait and see now :)
I'm sure that I have overreacted, because I like this show so much and this is the first episode I've not been 100% happy with 😂
I guess just need to wait till next episode to see how it works out.

He's a villain & I hate him.
I want the start of the next ep to be Aiko kicking cafe dude in the shin and telling him to never come back xD
Here's to hoping, but I guess you're right all we can do is wait ^^
