is this a real thing in china? where you can choose to study at home and not go to highschool i the final year? lol, why would you even pay for school then? or are there no more lessons and it's just self-revision or whatever. i am so confused lol

Don’t tell me there is no season 2 on this? That ending was rather cut short and left in the air. I kept waiting…
i hope for a season 2 too, cries

regretting the time I've wasted for this

Well AOL gave me rashes but I loved TMOPB so to me they are very different outside of being broadly xianxia romance…

lol, i doubt iqiyi will ever do that knowing them XD but i guess it'd be nice if they made more dramas available with subs hahah. Maybe the settings are on low quality? just change it to 1080p on the side bar thingy

If i didn't like the writing in TMOP and also AOL would i like this? it seems like it has a more mature vibe, which is nice, but i'd like to know if the writing is less "describing a set of events that happened in the history of gods" and more focused on telling the lives of the main characters without brushing over important developments, if that... makes sense LOL

who thought naming the lead shrek was a good idea
LOL XD it's actually cause they're youtubers, thus the names like Art Park, which im guessing is a craft channel or someething LOL
On Never Leave Me Alone Dec 30, 2019
omg that synopsis tho... sounds like a cringey fanfiction written for some tragic teen novel HAHA, who used google translate to create that. i am literally crying, what did i just read.

tbh, everything about this drama is perfect except that the corporate plot and his illness isn't written the best, but who cares because no one's watching for that anyway. If you don't watch this show you'll totally miss out on the prettiest cinematography and the two cutest couples ever (there's no love triangle and the 2nd leads aren't bitchy) plus the ceo is adorable af. If you just wanna watch something feel good and can ignore the "politics" that your gonna fast forward anyway LOL, seriously, try this fun drama out.

i think that's the only site that is subbing the drama, but they update pretty regularly so dont worry, it'll eventually all get subbed ahah

I'm sorry, but... does the lead ever get any character development? Why is she 'portrayed' by other characters…
nah, i kind of agree. I feel this happens a lot in dramas, the supporting characters hype the lead up as "smart" or "intelligent" but then you watch the character and they never actually do anything smart XD so then it just feels odd because it's like, where are these supporting characters seeing these things that I, as the all-knowing audience, cannot see. I'm pretty sure it has a technical term in writing, to SHOW it not SAY it, ie. instead of literally describing a character as smart or beautiful, SHOW it through their actions and let the audience come to that conclusion on their own. I mean, we're not dumb, and it's kind of insulting when they try to force an image on a character based on what the random side characters say, especially when you can clearly see they're NOT like that haha. It's more impactful and profesional when the audience itself decides that the main guy is very charismatic through how the character acts, as opposed to hearing random female extras say about 50x "wow, look at that handsome guy". It's the weirdest form of brainwashing, and the cheapest way of writing and it's so irritating once you're aware of it. So going back to your questions, personally, I feel this show is written in this way and I don't suggest watching it all if you haven't already . there are plenty better written scripts out there. I think the reason this show is so loved is because of the epic feel it has, although if you've seen a lot of cdramas, i doubt that'd actually impress you.

I always hear Qin Cheng Cheng or Qin Sheng Sheng but it's suppose to be Qin Shang Cheng. She's just saying it…
ok, thanks for the reply (: i just remember that in the eternal love, the girl kept calling the prince 'cheng cheng' and he was always like -.- so it wouldve been so funny if that was the case here too, because the pirate king obviously doesnt mind and always responds to that XD hahaa, anyway, thanks for the clarification
