He is n't powerful!!he lose some fights! ..he have some skills in fight ..he isn't seem boy !!! He just thin .but…
The comment is reasonable. Everyone has their own love and it’s okay if this show isn’t for them. I just wanted to explain Ning Yuxuan’s look because not everyone considers the character setting.
I love the actress. I have nothing against the actor. But why do they cast actors supposed to be powerful when…
The statistics actually say the main audience of this show was women in their 30s but I understand not every show will work for everyone. Powerful has different meanings and interpretations, and in this drama, powerful is referring to capable rather than literal physical power and prowess (Though the ML does fight and is capable of protecting the female lead) . The character in the drama is also set to be a young man in his very early 20s so in terms of looks, this casting is appropriate because the ML should have a boyish air about him. Plus, the juvenile looks don’t stop the male lead from having a sense of machismo during romantic scenes.
I thought I was over this show but I saw a clip of Yezi yesterday and instantly became bitter. How could the showrunners have cut such a good growth storyline? Cut the character until they have been scolded and ridiculed…I’ll never be reconciled 😩
Sorry for the rant but I’m glad someone else said it😩The outfit really depended on Xiao Ran’s good looks…
She’s very beautiful but the wedding look is more that she’s beautiful because she already beautiful rather than the dress adds to her beauty. I feel like if she and Miss Shui weren’t already very beautiful, then the dress wouldn’t look as good.
Hopefully now the show will give us a trailer or an official blog. Please don’t treat us as badly as SJFY or…
Haha, I love long dramas with my faves too. I’ll never understand complaints about drama length… the fast forward button exists, why not use it? To this day, I still don’t know the beginning of Eternal Love nor the lower middle parts of Rise of The Phoenix or GBMP. It’s terrible… I’ve only finished Fuyao, Jun Jiu Ling, and RoaTF so basically only Xie Ze dramas🫠😅
Found this post on Weibo and it’s perhaps the most astute observation on what I’d call the “Xiao Feng”…
“ After watching Xiaofeng, I can understand why so many Donggong drama fans keep mentioning this role repeatedly, and even want to frame the actor in this role, because Xiaoran and Xiaofeng are not the same at all. I don't know how she acted. Anyway, that flamboyant, innocent and open-minded prairie girl is so alive, but there are only those moments that are not enough for all those who love her to comfort and miss her, and everyone is not reconciled. When unreconciled drama fans try to find Qu Xiaofeng's shadow in Peng Xiaoran, they will be very disappointed, what a lonely thing this is.
An actor who creates characters regardless of the audience's life and death, I have already begun to grieve in advance.
When I watched Manman, I really didn't feel it, probably because Manbao was loved by someone, and I didn't understand Xiaoran's personality. A small part of the impression of the character and the actor overlapped. I don’t think so when I look at Binghe, although Binghe is completely different from Xiaoran, but the main line of Binghe is to be expected, and I also think she will work hard in parallel time and space. Only Qu Xiaofeng died thoroughly, there was no expectation in the play, no comfort outside the play, she didn't want to live anymore
In other words, the living cannot defeat the dead, and there is no turning point between life and death. Definitely my biggest abuse point.”

Yes, the plot seems novel which is really good. People like fresh plots. It’s also a cast full of good actors so even if the script is a bit weak, a good director and good actors can make up for it.

I heard mixed things about the script… but the director is supposed to be very good. And the premise is novel. It should at least keep the bubbly girl haters at bay😅
I don’t think it did too bad all things considered but it’s really the platform that knows if the show did well. However, if a show did really well, the platform might praise it.
Basically, future platforms, endorsements, and investors look at how well a show performed. If the show meets or exceeds expectations, then usually the actors receive benefits such as higher quality shows, endorsements, etc.

I can’t understand why it’s so secretive tbh. Maybe it stems from the JJL smoking incident… Although good news is a comment below said it’s Hunan/Mango. Hopefully it’ll perform well since it’s a star drama. A good performance on the stars opens a lot of doors.
