I haven’t read the manga but they explain this by saying she studied under different masters and and her uncle.…
A flight simulator is different from actually flying a plane; her studies would need to include spending some time in the military in order to accomplish what she did in Shuozhou, and as a Tang Princess it is very unlikely she had such training.... I guess I'm more fussy, will give it another few more eps... I am a mini Dilraba fan, which is the main reason I'm still watching this ^^"
The CP and odd casting choice bothered me initially, but the leads act well and so I continued. But now at ep 15 and I'm pissed at the s*** scriptwriting! Who are they trying to fool?! Do they think viewers are kindergarten kids? How Chang Ge step in and help with the strategizing and battle already stretch the belief.... She has hardly reach there for few days, and was a sheltered princess who has never been in battles prior to that. I remember in Rise of Phoenixes, the FL was seen to spent months studying on Sunzi art of war texts, etc. and she didn't go straight into battle... And that water dam, ya, you can build that in a few days?!! I--- -_- The acting is good, Raba did well at the emo scenes but, when the script is this bad.... smh.
I read in the manga, Chang Ge tried to gather supporters and build an army first. They could have showed a few scenes of such and fwd story by 1 or 2 years, then put in the Shuzhou battle. Her becoming the commander would be more convincing in this way.
The young actress who played little Si Teng did such a wonderful job. I couldn't believe how well she captured…
You have finished the drama too?! Ya, I love the turn towards horror (kind of) in eps 28, 29. The little Si Teng did a phenomenal job!! She's so natural.
YES!!! And I'm a WeTV subscriber..... watching at free sites instead, smh
Tbh I don't think they were expecting much attention for this drama from intl viewers.... like Fearless Whispers, Dream Detective (which don't even have subs till now). But this is good!! I compare this to Fairyland Lovers (the closest in terms of plot and setting), and this is so much better than Fairyland Lovers.... Even the casting choice-- Zhang Bin Bin is a leading actor but not top tier and Sally Jing's career has been quiet in recent years.... Read that their budget was quite limited too, so director cameo in a supporting role and the child actors are family of the production crew.... Where they could, they use "free" actors and venues. But this product (drama), is really quite impressive!!
I'm quite annoyed with the Bai Yin portrayal.... Was expecting Sally Jing to play dual roles but they got someone else and the voice actress doing Bai Yin is quite annoying. -_-"
It took me a while to realize that the director of this drama Li Mu Ge is also playing as Bai Jin (the live-streamer…
Oh wow!! I have been wondering about this character, his portrayal made me feel he is very impt in the drama but haven't seen much of him... Lol so he is the director ^^" thx for sharing!
Turns out QF is not a descendant of of Bai Ying! But the descendant of the tree that Si Teng was attached to before…
Thank You!!!! I haven't catch up to latest ep, but good to know ^_^. I have been quietly suspecting such a twist too.... as China's censorship wouldn't allow even a hint at incest relationship.
Si Teng and Qin Fang have become so sweet together! I really need this to have a happy ending for the couple.…
Yessss there are people waiting for the conclusion, to know if it is good or bad ending before starting on Rattan..... Praying for happy together ending...
OMFG.... I was expecting something innocent and sweet becos of how he is, but he went for a line that I've never…
ahhhh....... I forgot the exact dialogue (post the comment while watching XD) but its meaning in English (to me) is "I hope we can become one"...... not sure tho if that would be the actual subs ^^"
I thought they are cute when i watched 10th episode but after watching 11 th episode i declare them as a cutest…
Ah, this is how I described the drama: at first you watch for the cinematography, then you watch for the mysteries and the OMFG CP scenes XD XD The CP is super sweet becos of the beautiful settings/backdrops...
I understand Chinese but I'm also waiting for subs. Particularly in the episode when he confessed his love for…
OMFG.... I was expecting something innocent and sweet becos of how he is, but he went for a line that I've never heard in a love confession! It's the kind of line that irl, if a boy says that to you, even if you have feelings for him, you would be, like, low-key think he's a creep (and if you have no feelings for the guy, you'd probably slap him...). So, looking forward to read the subs for this part-- will it be translated into the words I think of or will they use something else?
