Young fanbase? Of all stories... Bad Buddy lol? I think this story is wayyyy too angsty to fit that bill. It may…
I think you just basically proved all that I have written above.
No offense. But it's what I have observed in other series as well. As mentioned before, you are entitled to your view, but do it with respect and prudence.
Thank you!
(Anyway, to find out what is coming up next - what you need to do is pay more attention to the details in the episodes, and read the original novel, which though may be different from the series version but it does give you some insight to their characters)

Agreed with your viewpoint. What I disagree is this show being portrayed as marketed to a younger audience.
Does it mean that we have to be high school and university age people to enjoy a genuinely good series? I think anyone of any age can enjoy and love Bad Buddy without any problem.
And I find Bad Buddy's story to refreshing and different, and partly thanks to Ohm and Nanon's amazing chemistry and acting skills. It may have its usual tropes, but so what? I think we need to get beyond the tropes and appreciate the story and acting more.

Agreed, the story is a lot more than the fights, which is going to be resolved probably by the next episode.
Anyway, it is very disrespectful (and immature) to stereotype us viewers in the way presented by the original comment above. As mentioned before, everyone is entitled to have their views, and I am sure that there are some who will dislike Bad Buddy, no matter how great it actually is, objectively. And that is perfectly fine.
However, it is not ok to bash it or its viewers, just because they disagree with you. If it is not up to your standards, or you do not like it, there is always a choice of not watching it and moving on.
(Leaving a comment and opinion here is fine - but what I still often don't understand is how some said they totally disliked a series, and yet still stayed on right to the last episode, and worse still, insulted and degraded other viewers and their opinions.)
I woke up in the morning, and I saw 200 more comments already written over the night in this page!
And EP 2 seems to be even more popular than EP 1, as it's already been viewed 1.4 million times as of now (About 12 hours after release). Overall with EP 1, it's over 5.2 million!
I also think that he has liked Pat for a while as well (not going by the novel, since I've never read it and I…
I think it's quite obvious, thanks to Nanon's excellent acting and facial expressions. Let's see how the story develops in the next few episodes, shall we? :D
That escalator scene is gold. The way Ohm and Nanon's chemistry works is amazing. They are arguing just like (ahem) husband and wife.
They somehow reminded me of Tay Tawan arguing with New Thitipoom in their shows (in series and in other non-series like TayNew Meal Date) - one of my favourite BL actor couples!
"Viewers with brain cells' is insinuating that those who are still watching and enjoying this are stupid and without brain.
There are better ways to make your points heard and understood.

At least they got it right with a lot of other things beside this one problem. Thankfully.
