The question is, why they had to cut such important scene lol? Its not like the leads didnt film the reunion scene, they did as it was in the trailer. Why making the leads' time so little in the last 10 episode of the drama? I would never understand it.

RJL has a lot of intimate scenes in many of his dramas. He do not have problem doing romance dramas at all. Its just he likes to do dramas where it focus more on the story where romance is only a subplot like Love of Nirvana or Burning Flames. His last kissing scenes is his drama The Demon Hunter's Romance back in April 2025 which is 6 months ago. All his dramas are shot after he got married. Do not believe gossip spread by antis/YXH accounts.

This drama lack of screen times/romance between the leads since this is H&R dramas made solely to promote their other actors. Thats why the supporting casts have a lot of screen times. While the leads only appear for a few minutes multiple of times in many episodes.

In the final episode, they even cut the bed scene between ML & FL where the FL is pregnant for a second time in the drama when there is a scene of that in the trailer. Both RJL and PXR are victims in this horrible production.

I hope you can edit that part in your review so that this untrue gossip are not spread even more. He has a lot of kissing scenes in Glory of Tang Dynasty and The Blue Whisper for an example.

At China, his most popular dramas with 100m/ep is Under the Power and Forever & Ever.

Fate Chooses You has the same writer as Demon Hunter Romance and her dramas in general has one of the best scripts in the industry so I have faith in it.

IDK, people get married after just knowing each other for 3 months and stay married/ in love their whole life. For me, the 1 year of constant life and death situations are enough to show us how deep are their love for each other. That is why Xiao Huan is so sure Cang Cang wouldnt kill him in the first scene of the drama. He knows her well enough to make that gamble even when he killed her teacher.

But I can see where your perspective comes from as well.

Coming here to correct things since people like spreading something that is not true. The leads DO NOT like to pick sad endings for their dramas.

RJL has 19 aired dramas with 12 Happy Endings and only 5 Sad Endings.
PXR has 8 aired dramas with 6 Happy Endings and only 2 Sad Endings.

The sad ending for this drama is strictly the writer's fault. Just look at her previous dramas.

Spending 1 year where he saved her multiple times and where they both share the same sense of justice is not 'crush'. Thats why PXR is excellent at portraying that conflicts on how much she is in love with Xiao Huan despite how much he is hurting her. The nuance of her acting perfectly show this on how she always smile for him when she is supposed to hate him. How her automatic response to him is saving him, helping him, facing dangerous things for him, cried for him even when she think he is only using her. That is love where your passion/love defy your logic and made you blind.

I know. Thats why everytime I see those comments, I will correct them.

These are all people who didnt even watch his dramas. They cant criticize him for something else thats why they kept saying untrue stuffs like this everywhere. All you have to do is just correcting them. A few years back, its much worst. Now, those kind of comments are not that much anymore.

Dont worry. His is most famous for his costume roles so he will kept taking them. He just want to act in more serious dramas now after leaving H&R.
