Thanks. Looks like all the links require VPN. I signed up for the IMBC account last week but couldn’t watch live cause of region. Hoping to catch the live tweets or they do a live YouTube/FaceBook stream like they do for some of the award shows in Thailand.

😂 It’s the MBC channel’s annual awards and should be airing in the morning (US). Hoping they get the Best Couple award along with the Excellence Awards for Actor and Actress. I tried to vote for them but everything was in Korean do don’t know if it goes through from the US.

MBC awards should be in the morning. We’ll get to see some cast members and SanDoek there. Then hopefully pre-release clips unless they hold off till Friday. But then there’s the MBC NY event Junjo will be co-MC at.

I just saw SES’s old MV and Seyoung played the younger version of Eugene (Penthouse) in the start of video. She was probably around the same age as when Kim YooJung was in MES. She looks so much like Kim YooJung there and they both have that husky voice too so I can see that. https://youtu.be/-gUU29UCQwQ

And she’s been grandma since age 15. 🥴

They didn’t spoil what his role was going to be but his appearance is generating interest.

Yeah…hoping they’ll do a time skip like in the novel. In the old version, they showed him sad then facing reality and getting back to work as King, time skip to his son taking over but didn’t have a death or afterlife scene so ending didn’t flow well for me but then in that version he had one last enemy to deal with (step-grandma).

I just realized that she used those lines about asking him to ignore her and pass by as if they were strangers in ep15 during their confrontation at his sisters. Maybe they won’t use it again.

To me it showed a good transition from their younger days to their present and how they’ve matured with the changes in their lives and the events they lived through. Even if the last couple of episodes were fast paced.

😂 when he went to her room the next morning, on the outside he’s all tough, he’s like, I’m just checking to make sure she left. On the inside, he’s like, Oh Sh*t, she really left. 😂. Poor guy…no give from her. Even though she feels her loss…that one tear that fell after he walked off after that confrontation at his sister’s…loss, fear, and relief at the same time.

Nirvana in Fire is one of the best historical palace c-dramas. I loved it. The other one I like is Story of Minglan, slice-of-life type that is similar to Jane Austen novels but I know that kind of drama isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

Yeah…I teared up reading the subtitles in the historical video that had the epitaph 😭. I know it would be heart wrenching, but it would be great to have part of it recited by Junho. Followed of-course by him joining her in the afterlife later.

I like what the director said in the kiss scene BTS. Fight like a married couple. They’ve basically been acting/fighting like a married couple since the tangerine thing, sometimes a little extreme fighting…but we’ll get to see the make-up on Saturday 😍
