Shen Lang is the current Emperor and Shen Jin is his younger brother. The Emperor has not designated a CP but his mother and uncle are trying to push him to make Shen Jie the CP. Poor Shen Jie…I think he knows his mother is just using him to gain more power.

I honestly don’t get the viewing schedule of cdramas and why they change as the show is airing. It’s going to 1 ep a day on weekdays and 2 ep on weekends. Almost as bad as Youku’s weird, alternating 1-2-1 ep schedules. Guess it’s still better than just 1 or 2 eps a week like prime time K or Thai dramas but those are also usually shorter 12-16 ep dramas.

I’m a little disappointed if ML really does defend the creep CEO in the sexual harassment case. But I guess that’s why he’s Unscrupulous Chen.

I agree that he liked her just like he likes her now but he hides it all to not have a weakness. In the novel recap, it said that the knife he gave her was for her to protect herself against Yan Li with, not to kill her with so he grieved her death and killed himself.

I feel like JXN with XW is that angsty developing romance whereas because both ZZ and JXN were reborn, they’re more the sweet missed chance romance that weren’t meant to be.

XW got an orphan to be a fake Dingfei, similar to Anle.

He is but she doesn’t find out until later.
