No problem! I quite enjoyed him in Wedding Impossible (though that drama had some, hm interesting to say the least, things going onā¦), I will probably tune into this one because the concept is rather unique.
I know that FL first chose the Yang guy for plot reasons, but it would have been such a good scene if she was supposed to chose, and the ML would be standing off to the side, as he isnāt one of the official choices, and she would go past every other guy and approach him with the jade pedant. Like a scandalous/public proposal in front of everyone. That would have been so goodā¦ But o donāt dislike the way the plot went instead.
So far, all that rivalry and jealousy and problems in the family seem to be mostly caused by the Old Madam Ringās lack of parenting and management skills. Her bitterness sips out of herā¦
Nahā¦ Why did they make Song Yi Fan another small-time-villain?? I was hoping for some interesting, scandalous affair side-plot (with both parties being relatively āgoodā and unrelated to the main conflict/having their own storylines) but of course, he had to be somehow attached to the main conflict/plot..! Ehā¦
I think like, He Xing Ming was a cruel and calculating person, with little to no remorse. But from what is seen in the flashbacks, and from his present interactions with Rong Shan Bao, I get why he got the impression that she has the same character as him (and thatās why he acted like he did, didnāt hide his nature more, gave her the whip with a suggestion to punish people with it etc.) and wanted to use it to his advantage, show her that theyāre similar now. However he has misjudged her motives and misunderstood her character.
Honestly, I like He Xing Ming, not as a person, but as a character in the drama ā from a technical point of view, he is interesting and I was entertained.
What is the name of the Lady serving in the Rong Household that Song Yi Fang (one of the young guys that came for the engagement competition but stayed for other reasons) is hooking up with?
[on episode 6] Yan Bai Luo seems elegant in his simplicity and straightforwardness, but he is actually pushy, especially with his medical aid. He might turn out to be a character with a hidden agenda, but I think it would be quite funny if he was just a well-mannered peculiar, pedantic man, so that he canāt stand people being ill around him haha. (so far, I hope he wonāt turn out to be a villainous character, because heās quite fun)
I know everyone hated He Xingming and are glad to see him gone but as a Li Fei fan, Iām sad his role has already…
His role here is very easy to hate, and for valid reasons, but he played it really well (in my opinion) so I hope itāll help him ālevel upā with popularity.
The dynamic between the leads is so interesting in this drama, Iām not sure what to make of it yet (how to define it) ā Iām only on episode 4, so bare with me here please.
