THis drama actually with typical cupid story turned out all around better story+plot n direction and makes sense even after using the magic heart of hero. It does have all the typical style and elements of a kdrama and it doesn't even try to set itself apart from any other typical kdrama but presentation is done well to make come out as better than all others.
The most +ve thing this drama has done is showing hero-heroine who don't play ping-pong and actually came across decent partners earlier on and still respect all those feelings and time spent with them and as much are comfortable with their present feelings and partner.

Such mature hero-heroine relationship is rare in kdrama world where pomp is the game and no substance is the way to sell yourself.

Overall, nice drama it has turned out to be. Above Average for sure.

Another low quality drama all around, that has little story so need to depend on 2nd story to makeup for the whole hour of an episode. It certainly comes from the class of youtube roasting and relies heavily on it. forced romances and heroine drooling over hero is just the most ridiculous of cliches of such dramas. The social media roasting and meme culture somehow keeps it light but also makes it quite redundant. Then every drama in 2023 is about hero-heroine jumping to king's time copy-paste.

Overall, a light timepass - and low quality in all categories.

Avg. 1st 2 weeks - nothing new - same old typical lo quality copy-paste story and characters. but when compared to all other lo quality stuff, this one starts to appear better. not that it's good, just that others r too bad.. You can't expect sense and logic from a kdrama writer whose livlihod is all about creating nonsense so everyone could pick up their pitchfork. This type of baiting is going on for too long in kdrama world.

The only thing that this drama doing above avg. is its presentation and that's what matters when you not have any concrete material serve.

This show has 1st avg. starting - can be said much better compared to many others.
As expected - writing is not a t par. Direction is you standard one.
Story concept is well known and this time taken to King's time. 1st wek usually is intro week and here the only stable n good thing we get is the heroine n somewhat the king. Hero came out as written on whim. Comedy at times is forced but overall able to keep show light.

2n and 3rd week will decide whether show improves or not - Most kdramas go down from 3rd week onwards so this one still is minor chance to upstage all those.

The soap opera is still on high capacity drugs.. Every other kdrama writer being jealous of this scam. Why need to put efforts when even trash can sell well. Good business, not so good for art. Low quality parody can go as far. Boorish style n no substance does that for you.

Anything to expect - naaaah. typical over the top, overly dramatic same cliches of muh family, muh parents and more nonsense in future. Acting is never a strong option of such dramas but in 2023 all young performers are keeping it good to make overall standard avg.

It's also very much a typical makeover copy-paste story so yeah that's the best you can get out of it.

The soap opera comedy is now pulling all the antics. 1st week looked like writer want to behave well but by 2nd week writer is back on track of where the money is - such a good idea to scam and gain some reputation. less said about glycerin tears the better. Writer better keep the phony atmosphere because reality is not what this trash deserves at all.

This much was expected - Week by week show went down and last 2 weeks became complete idiotic. Action was pretty low quality, story is still above avg. but plots all over the place and pretty much brought down the whole show. Writer just couldn't grasp and control the world from the beginning - yeah this was same in season 1 - Your idea and your desire is so big and grand that it actually overtakes all valuable things and al you get to do is play hooky with your distractions. Season 1 atleast had that surprise element and its characters but season 2 has dumped it all for CGI and foolish actions and corny emotional scenes who does nothing for the story and characters.

Hero team actually came out the weakest part of the storyline and lacked al cohesion and bonhomie buildup that you expect it to have.

Overall it was pretty avg. watch. Concept good but execution lacks all sorts of creativity.

Writer trying hard to earn some respect after indulging in all the nonsense and phony soap opera with all the antics. Parody not gems well with reality. Ofocurse you need much fodder for the hero to shine too and at the same time some drooling over him. bed always need to be warm.
All in all going pretty same s any other typical soap goes.

This week was the most idiotic week so far. Few good moments and scenes can't make for so many issues with the whole events and actions. 1st half is carried by Kim Ok Bin's character and 2nd half is by Tagon.
Hero team is just being hero - The whole purpose of extras is to act as a fodder and Saya gonna get a convenient participation trophy in last week too.

Writer has smartly spend 4 weeks on just introduction which is effectively 6 weeks.. This is how you earn your keep.
1st Elder brother - midlife marriage crisis

2nd Bro - He's at limits - age has caught on - much a sheep.

Sister - d heroine - has seen 1st bro and now is much more like 1st bro.

4th - the youngest - d spoiled - who has seen much of the life of elder 3 and don't want to be like them so going for easy money route anyway possible.
