You can buy a Xiaomi Box or Xiaomi TV stick, connecting to the TV. It has installed all the apps in it, like Tencent, Iqiyi, Mango, Youku..... I bought the Chinese version and use VPN. There's also an international version, but I'm not sure whether the apps can be installed in.
