The 1st episode trailer is already sooo cute!! I don't know how Esther does it every time, but she is always convincing, and sells her characters to a T. 😍 Lin Yi also looks great as his character 💕

Really loving this drama so far, the pacing is a pleasant surprise. I'm only on episode 8, but really hoping the pacing stays the same, and if it does then the 40 episode count will be a treat. 🙂

I find her so talented. She brings something enjoyable to every character she portrays, and she changes her vocal tones accordingly as well. Even with all the OSTs she had sung, the color of her voice switches for the song's interpretation. If you haven't seen My Journey to You, she did all her stunts in that drama, and made her speaking tone a hair lower. It's not her normal tone, but she pulled it off admirably. She is a versatile actress, indeed.

Finally finished watching this drama yesterday 🥰 I got a little under the weather, so I really just wanted to rest. But today I had energy, and ended up making an FMV, lol! 💕

As always, if you don't want spoilers for the drama, I recommend not watching this or any FMVs for that matter 😄

Just saw the negative response on the drama's page., the cursing and shouting is just not normal. We can never tell what will trigger anyone. It's best not to engage. About the drama, she was rumored twice for it yet it's still unlikely. But I have to be honest, when I read the translated novel, it was instantly Esther as Shen Miao in my head. Only because she can easily portray an obsessed 14 year old, a disillusioned 35 year old, then back again to a now patient avenging 14 year old. Again, it's unlikely right now for the role to be hers. For sure after Speed and Love wraps up, there are going to be better scripts out there for her to choose from.

What happened really left a bad taste. Not everyone can afford not getting paid 3 months worth of labor. The injustice of it. Of course, we continue to support Esther. It's IQIYI profiting at the expense of others' suffering that shouldn't be tolerated.

Justice needs to be served.
