Alright, who in the hell is the unlisted ghost writer for episode 7 because there's no way that was written by the writing team listed in the cast / crew section!?!?!
That was by far one of the best pent up desire turn friends to lover turned dual gay panic into one of the biggest spirals out of control I've ever seen done, not to mention a very realistic scenario that does happen.
This pretty much whole episode seemed so out of place compared to the rest of the series. I wish the rest of the series was this good, but it does have it's moments.
First two episodes down and I don't know how else to say it other than so far this felt like a "F#^% we agreed to do four collaboration projects so we have to do it" and not because it was something they were passionate, etc. about.
I'm sorry but Mew couldn't be bothered or the production company couldn't be bothered to get him to learn at least some lines in Korean... Is everyone involved in this project really so brain dead that nobody thought "hey let's have it to were his character just come to Korea for work so he hasn't had the time to learn the language yet so we'll have a translator/personal assistant follow him around". Hell you can get real time voice translation on cellphones, why not write that into the story when he's off on his own. Nope, they acted like the character is established enough to have been living there at least for awhile now.
Hopefully it's just the first two episodes that seem like they half assed it and the rest of the series gets better, but not holding out any hope or expectations.
Considering some of the past works from the writing / directing team I had very low expectations for this series, so far Sea X Keen's performances make it worth watching the next episode.
i watched 2 episodes, and i don't really like this bl. These high schoolers are behaving like preschool kids.…
This is a series where they drop breadcrumbs in the first half of it and then later on in the series things fall into place and actions, etc. start to make sense.
Take the whole AI gimmick out of the storyline and it's a very typical "In health and sickness" storyline with decent actors and execution...and in a weeks time, totally forgettable, if it even takes that long.
Normally I hate it when other countries do remakes, but as I've said from the beginning I really wish A Korean production company would do their spin on this. This only scratched the surface of the whole sci-fi aspect and left so much unexplained whereas Korean sci-fi is so much better at diving deep into it, but still maintaining a balance.
Apparently I see Khem in episode 4 completely different than everyone else. Yes he started off the episode with a fit of jealousy, but the more the episode went on the more in revealed that jealousy to be fear and by the end of the episode he let that fear completely rule his actions. I think Shogun did an amazing job this episode, if you only look at it surface deep it comes off as childish jealousy but peel back Khem's actions and the facial expressions Shogun used and you can see much deeper into it.
Dude Seji.....RUN!!!! There is no way he's surviving the cross fire between Japan and Ken. lol
I say it's the evil aunt that's trying to bring the club and Freya down, does Khem have some huge inheritance that everyone is after or what?
Agree... This series is so offensive and degrading! ...P.S. So this is where you've been hiding. You could at…
Yeah haven't really been doing the whole social thing that much anymore. I don't even post on here nearly as much as I used to, still watching series though.
Yeah the majority of them it's like they keep thinking in their heads... "If I just stick my lips out and they happen to press against his then it's not really kissing another dude".
I get the majority of these guys are straight, but damn at least put a little something into it That's how you can tell the difference in actors that are just doing BL for the paycheck and/or a stepping stone and the ones that really care about every project they do.
They were uber comfy together like this was normal...yes please & don't stop!
True, so not a complete rookie with those types of scenes like Shogun, but think Y Destiny was First's only real experience with it, so still impressive.
Assuming the translation was right, I remember seeing an interview Max X Tul did years ago were they both admitted that they really got turned on doing their NC scenes together, that it's perfectly natural because of the physical contact and nothing to be embarrassed about.
Their scenes were always the best because of it, if this wasn't a one off fluke with Shogun and First, I'd say a compliment well deserved and they'd easily be cemented in the number two spot.

And for Shogun to be a rookie and First not really having experience with NC scenes and yet they made it look so much more realistic and natural than even veteran BL actors do.
Ah, finally someone said it! I had to put it in a spoiler but the hell with it. Shogun was feeling this scene!
Black boxers and yet they still covered up his pelvic region though half that scene...either wardrobe didn't bother with goin cups or he really was feeling that scene a bit too much. lol
Normally I would say only being three episodes in and already calling for a season 2 is crazy, but the chemistry Shogun and First have together as these characters and for that matter the quality of the rest of the series...I'd definitely watch a season 2.
Okay seriously how in the hell is Shogun a rookie!?!?
He could spend an entire episode...hell the whole series never uttering a single word and you'd know exactly what Khem is thinking and feeling.
Shogun and First both deserver massive credit for the NC scene in episode 3, they actually looked like they were having fun and really getting into it, last time a couple pulled that off so convincingly was Max X Tul.

It's hard to not compare this with Mama Go-go since they both revolve around Host Clubs, but that's were the comparison ends. Everything about this series so far is mile above what that one was. This is one of the few shows airing right now that I actually look forward to.
Seems like my ‘rooting-for-romance’ module got left out at the factory. So, when it comes to cheering for…
Apparently the factory forgot that module on an entire batch because I couldn't care less if they got together...actually I'd rather see a third wheel come in and snatch Ji away.
Ack you can keep him, they kept going on in the series about how good looking Achi is but all I can ever think of is how I want to slap that fake ass smile off his face they have him do from 99% of his scenes. lol

Even Chahub and Boat shirtless wasn't enough to safe that dumpster fire of a series from melting the dumpster. lol
And yet like an idiot I keep giving their new series a chance just incase a miracle happens and they suddenly actually acquire competency. lol
